KN Mi Delicia Bakery Coffee Shop — Restaurant in New York

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Staff here are rude, unprofessional, and clearly have no regard for customers’ time. I called ahead (see attached for the time I called) and spoke to a woman who answered a few questions before saying, “You’ll have to come in person for more info.” I told her I was 20 minutes away. She said, “No problem.”

When I arrived — exactly 20 minutes later with my family — we walked in and were immediately screamed at by two women: “WE ARE CLOSED. GET OUT.” No greeting, no decency. I tried to explain — over the yelling — that I wasn’t placing an order for today. I was simply there to confirm cake details and pay, just like we discussed. Their response? More yelling: “WE ARE CLOSED. GET OUT.”

I asked, “Then why have me come all the way here?” — and was met with silence. This place closes at 7:00PM!

This place is a joke. Zero professionalism, zero courtesy, and zero accountability. I won’t spend a penny here, and I’ll make sure everyone I know stays far away. 0 stars. Save yourself...

I spent money here multiple times buying cake this is the only year and all the time my cake they do it last minute same day I’m tryna pick it up then the workers are rude I ordered a stitch cake and they did a shitty job thank god I had a near by dollar tree I was a blue to find a cake topper and flash cards and activity books of lilo and stitch to cut it out to help my son birthday cake my son seen the cake and cried I had to make him feel better and make it look better thanks a lot for nothing here is my before photo of them making cake and my after photo on how I had to put a smile on my baby face with the after work I had to do smh I don’t recommmend this bakery to anyone my baby son was so happy to see how mommy fixed the cake up for him you guys do a shitty job I let yah mess up my older son cake last week and then now yah did it again with my baby son...

Horrible I’ll just add photos to describe What I ordered vs what I got!!! This is rushed I ordered a cake for a pool party. The party is tomorrow !! I said specifically it’s for a boy and it’s pink sprinkles on the cake! Everyone is not for gender neutral fluidity! Please keep in mind I never even asked for sprinkles and she had the audacity to want to give a discount but the cake is still $90 not even half because you couldn’t execute it, this is super unprofessional and the moral of the story is if you can not complete a task or can not do something just say “I can’t do it!!!
