I went here for a scheduled appt I had made literally weeks in advance, with a hopeful heart to finally get a consultation to put an end to unsightly feet, something I'd been dealing with for 10 years of my life. When I scheduled my appointment I was told Dr.Levine wouldn't be available, which in my mind I figured wasn't a big deal since if her fellow peers who are also in this location work with her, they too must be as skilled or know their trade, WRONG! I arrived on March 29th of 2019 was giving a iPad to fill out information I had already given for the most part to their incompetent front desk staff Eliana S. and Justine.

All I can say is don't go here, ever! I asked dozens of times prior through our exchange if I needed anything else, a copay, etc and was told NO. IT WASN'T UNTIL THEY HAD PREFORMED A SERVICE AND I CAME BACK TO THE FRONT DESK THAT THEY THEN WANTED TO INFORM ME THEY WERE OUT OF NETWORK AND I NEEDED TO PAY 200$ STRANGE, RIGHT? Mind you I sat in that waiting room for literally 20 some odd minutes before I was seen and NO ONE felt the need to mention anything!

Then had the audacity to pretend they really wanted to make things right after the fact and send a email claiming to give me a refund?! Today I called back and found out not only was it not the doctor that didn't want to speak to me but, their finance guy calling to say they weren't going to issue the refund. This is no coincidence, I told one of the front desk girls that there was no way I was going to revisit them nor to drive back all the way back up to New York from Philadelphia for another appointment I don't have that kinda time! Nor was I going to attempt to fly up there either!

I say all this to say, I reached out to a different surgeon and her office immediately informed they were out of network and they would look into the cost for me. If this had been the answer from Justine or Eliana, do you think I would've wasted my time in NYC?

ALSO HER ASSOCIATE CLAIMS SHE'S JUST GIVING OUT GLORIFED PEDICURES, so I guess that means don't waste your money here paying Dr.Levine for any cosmetic surgery...

A miracle! After being treated at Millennium Podiatry, I felt a miraculous change in my entire outlook on life because I was free from the chronic pain in my big toe joint that hurt with every step I took.

I only wished I had come to see Dr. Levine and Dr. Ryan sooner. During my visit, I first had a foot facial because I never seem to get the look I want out of a regular pedicure. The spa conditioning on the feet addressed of very difficult roughness, skin build up, thick toenails. My feet have never looked prettier, and the odor comes with summer sweat-in-the-shoes was dramatically reduced. My feet were clean to a deep level that made me very happy.

But the most important part of my visit was the diagnostic consultation with Dr. Levine. I had been living with pain from severely reduced cartilage and I didn’t know how much it effected my personality until the discomfort was relieved. I was baseline cranky because there was always a strong nagging pain that went up my leg and caused me to fidget around to find relief. I couldn’t walk normally and was throwing out my back to avoid regular pressure on my foot.

I was nervous for an injection because the origin site of pain hurt to the touch. But Dr. Levine and Dr. Ryan used a machine to look directly between my bones to know just where to inject. They gently held my foot and explained what has happening. It did not hurt AT ALL and as the injection went in, I started to feel better instantly. I got up from the table and hugged them and as I walked out of the office, I had tears in my eyes from relief. (The full effects of relief took about 24 hours to kick in.)

At Millennium Podiatry, the receptionists at the front desk are cheery and helpful. They make you feel like you matter even if you are a small case. I am so thankful to the practice that I have recommended the foot facial to friends and if you have foot problems, do not waste any more time in pain. The feet are the foundation to your body and take care of them with the caring and knowledgeable podiatrists...

This is my 4th time coming to Dr. Levine’s office. Because of her expertise I have had significant improvements in my mobility. I first came to see her because of severe issues with Morton’s neuroma. This in turn caused sesmoid bone damage. Now that we have treated the neuromas in the first year, we are focusing now to the other areas injured. It is not an overnight fix but with every treatment we are getting the pain and inflammation under control. I was all but crippled when I started this journey with her and could not even walk to the subway. She and her staff have been ultra receptive literally every step of the way with me which is why it was so upsetting today to see such an aggressive customer in with her sister in the lobby. Even after being given a complimentary 1400$ treatment she continued to act aggressive towards the staff. If you have ever met Sylvie who works at the front desk you know you can’t find someone more compassionate and responsive. I truly did not like to see that today and am sorry to have witnessed Dr.Levine being put in such an awkward position. Dr. Levine and her staff are top notch professionals and most important, Dr. Levine is competent and effective. Thank you so much to this staff for bringing my feet back...
