Unregular Pizza — Restaurant in New York

The newest Unregular Pizza shop opened on Lexington Avenue and I have to say, it’s darn good pizza! I guess the reason for it’s unique name is that tis isn’t your old neighborhood’s typical pizza joint! Each slice has an unusual blend of ingredients that add to its “ unregular “ creations. I got a slice of their Vegan Festa: this is a vegan pizza with vegan mozzarella, red and yellow peppers,tomato sauce and mushrooms! The combination of ingredients made this an absolutely delicious and truly UNREGULAR and Delicious pizza!                I also got a slice of their Burramargarita pizza that was an excellent combination of a delicious burrata with cherry tomatoes and tomato sauce!     All their pizzas have unusual ingredients and make for terrific meals!         ...

I gave four stars out of five because I thought it was good but not great. I’ll definitely try other things they have on the menu, but my mushroom pizza square slice was a little bit over $8. I think that’s too much for any slice of pizza unless it has some special ingredients. It had a mix of mushrooms and tasted good. Maybe a little truffle would’ve elevated it to make it $8 lol. The service was definitely fast and friendly and it’s clean. I like that they have mini stramboli options, and mini for the Parm and Alla-vodka sandwiches. The Caio de Peppe fried version looked amazing, but that’s something I would have to share. It’s too much to eat on my own. I will definitely try one of their less expensive slices next time. I ordered a delivery tonight and I’m so glad I did! The slices were abundant and made with top quality ingredients! They were out of a Vodka Sauce slice and the Burraprosciutto that I ordered but they kindly wrote me a message on the box saying that they were sorry and put two slices of the same order available in (I called in advance to know if they deliver to the UWS and the kind guy on the phone accepted my order even if it was late). The Cafonata (with creamy burrata) is out of this world! The Burrazucchini is garlicky and deliciously sweet! What can I say? As an Italian I grew up eating loads of pizzas and Unregular stand out in the City! Tasty, full of flavor and very satisfying! Thank you guys! You’ve earned a new customer!...
