Terrible. My lunch and co-workers lunch''s were missing the chicken and meat. Already was upset because it's lunchtime but I decide to call in a pleasant mood hoping to get this issue resolved. Ask me how long I waited on the phone to get a HUMAN to answer. Over 45 minutes. IT DOESN'T MATTER how busy a place is, pick up the phone and say please hold. Pick up the phone and say one moment please but to have a customer waiting that long, especially one, who's order you messed up. Terrible customer service. If you know it gets this busy, have the manager pick up the phone. If the manager and FOH are too busy, and it still gets that busy you can't pick up a phone, hire a person specifically designated for phone pick-up because at that point you can afford it since apparently it's ok to leave customers hanging for that long. Oh and for those who wonder why I stayed on that long, well at that point, my money was wasted, no food, sorry for those who can afford to buy as much manhattan lunches as possible, donations are welcomed and more importantly, I stayed on that long to...

I made the mistake of ordering a bowl with chorizo as the protein. The chorizo was chopped up into ground meat, as I should’ve expected, so it was not satisfying to eat and the flavor was drowned out by the other ingredients in the bowl. Also, it seemed like the chorizo was almost out in the bowl and the server wanted to save enough for one more entree so I got a smaller portion than I would’ve liked. Otherwise, the other ingredients were fresh and flavorful. And in terms of the bowl in its entirety it was pretty filling.
The staff were laidback and friendly. I appreciated the cashier’s offer to open the glass bottle of Coke when I ordered one. The shop is odd in that the kitchen is completely open to everybody to see and it appeared messy and industrial when I went on a Tuesday evening around 7. There were alot of online orders but I didn’t have to wait to be served in-person.
Overall decent spot to grab a quick bite but nothing...
Read more"Wow, these are like Chipotle prices. How big are the burritos?" "Bigger than Chipotle." My friend was stretching the truth quite a bit - they are not nearly as monstrous as a Chipotle food pregnancy, but these $7-$8 burritos will over-satiate you. The burritos are filled with the right things, not just cheap filler. There's a nontrivial amount of juicy carnitas, a reasonable amount of beans (read: not mostly beans), and a healthy serving of guacamole. The guacamole is not just mysterious, tangy green paste, either. There are bonafide chunks of avocado and tomatoes. The hottest hot sauce has quite a kick to it. Not Bangkok hot, but a dollop here and there adds the right dimension. A cozy little taqueria with seating for an informal yet delicious meal. It's clean, modern and still has character. Stop in after your splurge at all of those surrounding boutiques and treat yourself to something delicious and...
