I came here for a Groupon for two services. I have been wanting to incorporate lymphatic drainage into my self care routine. The first session was good. They kept on mentioning the Venus Legacy machine and EmSculpt for my belly fat and even gave me two minute sneak peak which felt really nice, but in the end, I knew its not something I could afford. They really kept trying to sell it to me and I get it. It's a company and they want to have sales. The first time two people mentioned it to me saying how I would benefit from it. I walked out of there not sure how to feel but knew I had to be back the second time for my last session. I came back the next week and shout out to the girl who did my wood therapy. She was so lovely and had such nice conversations with me. She made me feel so comfortable. But this is review is about the other girl. She was so strict about the 20 min groupon I purchased. She walked into our room to take out the garbage when the therapy was happening. That was really unprofessional. But what really took me aback was close to my session ending, she yells to us from the other room if I know about the promotion they are having for the Venus machine.. She yells, "SHE NEEDS IT." The girl who was working on me (I know her name I just don't want to name names) was quick to defend me and say she's not interested. (Thank you so much.) This review is about how you speak to customers. Please don't force services on people if they didn't ask especially if they've already been there. Whats worse is that you introduced yourself to me the first time, and the second time you asked if I have been there. But for you to tell me I need something, is truly offensive. You don't know what I'm going through and how I feel in my own body. I'm a petite person. I work out. I don't starve myself. Please don't tell me I need something. Truthfully, I am not even offended this was said to me. I'm offended that you feel like this is how you can speak to customers. groupon or not. But thank you to the girl who did my massage. You were so pleasant.

EDIT - Owner called to apologize and wanted to offer me a free service to make up for it so I can take down the review. I would like to preface that I understand and totally support small businesses. I declined the service and wanted her to understand that this is about her employee and how to speak to people. She apologized and she understood and said she already had a talk with her employee. I was going to remove the review in a couple of days, however, to see the response she has written, it is obvious that she is not apologetic and is defending how they sell their service. I never said I was unhappy with the service. I said I was unhappy with the unprofessionalism of being spoken to, and basically being called fat indirectly. I also forgot to add, please don't offer wood therapy if you don't think its beneficial to clients, which is what I got from my first visit when you were quick to say that it wasn't going to work for me. I was always interested in body sculpting (I'm a curvy, thicker girl but I really want to define my waist and flatten my core a bit after some recent weight gain). Nelly and Emily have been doing my treatments and they too are a joy: they are so professional and helpful. Marina is always attentive, checking in and making sure I'm still on track and taking care of myself. What I appreciate the most is the entire staff's transparency about their services... they will never lie to you to just sell you a product and will always reinforce the fact these services have the best results when you watch what you eat/drink and drink a lot of water. Plus, the staff always provides the best support and service with a smile. I originally searched Groupon for body sculpting treatments and stumbled upon M Beauty and Spa. I purchased a very affordable 3-time package for lipo laser and cavitation. Upon entering, I was greeted by Marina, who made me feel comfortable right away. The center was very clean and pristine giving you that "spa feel".

Instead of providing me the services I purchased via Groupon, she wanted to know my overall body goals and the look I wanted to achieve which was helpful. After the initial consult, I was purchased the Venus Versa package, along with Emsculpt! Also, the other staff members have been a pleasure to work with. They're honest, knowledgeable, and they have awesome down-to-Earth personalities.

So far, I've had 3 sessions of the Venus Versa and Emsculpt and I'm seeing results!!! Please follow the directions they give you to achieve and maintain your new look. You won't be disappointed! I'm pretty sure I'll try more of their services...
