Old Review: Went earlier today after ingesting some of the devil's lettuce. What an amazing and therapeutic experience!! They accepted me no problem despite me booking my appointment less than 30 minutes prior (They even started my session a bit early!). Take note of the address because the facility name is not visible from the street and you need to enter an elevator to get in.

For $80 (not including tax and my tip), I got the Thai Combination Massage. Let me tell you: it was fantastic! The masseuse applied just the right amount of pressure all over my body while kneading my muscles, stretching out my joints, and even rubbing hot oil on me! Combined with the lettuce, this experience became EXTREMELY pleasurable and relaxing, to the point where I was imagining myself in various meditative and enlightening places/situations. The music playing also helped make the experience feel complete.

5 stars. I hope I get to go again!

Jan 2024 EDIT: Came back here yesterday (this time with a more clear head) and had a wonderful experience once again!! I got the 30-minute Thai massage this time around and it was amazing. I especially loved how my massage therapist really stretched out my limbs!...

Slightly below average experience. They did have a nice setup in the lobby with balloons and took a polaroid for us to keep and candy for Valentine's Day. However, the package we purchased advertised free champagne service, but really just included 1 mimosa while we waited for the massage.

They took us back to the room 5 minutes late (despite us arriving 15 mins early) and then the massage ended 5-10 minute early, so we did not get the full 60 mins that we paid for.

We did not have to complete any type of form or waiver indicating places of the body to focus on or avoid bc of injury. I've had many massages and have always had to fill some type of paperwork out beforehand. The massage itself was okay. We opted for a deep tissue, all of the focus was on the back with minimal focus on arms and legs - it was more just stretching the limbs.

I also sent in gift cards to use beforehand so that I wouldn't need to worry about the processing. They had not processed or applied them to my appointment beforehand so I had to wait ~15 minutes while they called someone else to figure out how to process them. Overall, I would...

Everything was lovely until I noticed my masseuse was texting while giving me my massage. I sensed fluctuations in pressure, initially firm and then unexpectedly gentle. When I requested more pressure, the application was uneven and inconsistent. During the front body massage, I noticed the therapist placing her phone on me to read and respond to a text with one hand while continuing the massage with the other. Since I had brought my cousin as a guest and we were in the same room, I chose not to address the issue, not wanting to disrupt her experience. However, it was evident that the therapist noticed my awareness, as she ceased the texting behavior. I hope that in future visits, I won't be paired with the same therapist.
