They treat their clients VERY POOLRLY! RUDE STUFF. Yesterday I visited this location to buy some new clothes. I found a beautiful silk skirt and while I was trying it on I found a pretty big hole on the skirt's side. I was okay with it because I know how to repair clothing so I decided to take it anyway. On checkout, I showed the hole and genuinely asked the cashier if it was possible to get this item with a discount since it was damaged and I was completely okay with repairing it by myself. The cashier was confused and went somewhere with a skirt without any explanation. He was absent for a while so I decided not to waste my time and ask another lady to check out my goods. I was about to buy a set of bedsheets but when she scanned it she decided that the set couldn't cost so cheap and told me that it was not for a whole set but just for pillowcases. What was a lie to my face. The price tag says 9.97 and I patiently repeated it two times and pointed at the price. She answered that it was a mistake and she was really rude and aggressive to me without any reason (as a customer I don't care about mistakes, I just want to buy it with the price it has). By this time first cashier came back and told me that they were not going to sell damaged items. The rude lady repeated it to me in a rude form. Without explanation and without any âsorryâ. I left the place incredibly disappointed without any purchase I wanted. I won't recommend this place to my friends and will avoid it as well. Any customer deserves respect, especially when they are willing...
Read moreToday my shoes (Yeezys) were stolen while I was trying on new shoes (by the way I bought 4 pairs of new shoes). There was a shop assistant nearby putting the shoe boxes in order and she saw me walking around without shoes and trying different ones. I asked her several times about different shoes. When I finished trying on, I recognized that I was missing my shoes and I asked her if she saw them. Her answer was I don't know and she continued doing her stuff. When I told her to call someone to check with cameras what happened to my shoes, she went away. Seing that nothing happens, I went to the cash desks and found a guy who said he was a manager and he started asking around and some time later 3 or four girls approached us and said that they had my shoes. Their explanation was SHOCKING: they said we saw the shoes and asked the shop assistant if they could buy them and she said "no we don't sell Yeezys". Ten the girls asked can we have them ? The SA first said I don't know and then said "Yes you can" . Can you imagine this? And this very lady just moved her shoulders when I asked her about my shoes and said "I don't know". What kind of service and attitude to the clients is this? I didn't leave my shoes at the grocery section and you, indeed, need to take out your shoes in order to try others. How can a responsible person say "you can have them" knowing that if the shop does not sell certain shoes this means they belong to someone else. I like being in this shop but te service there is...
Read moreWhile in NY, I visited the Nordstrom Rack store at 31st and 6th. NR in any city is my go-to place for shoes for my husband and me. After trying a few pairs, I saw a single shoe in a box. It looked like my kind of shoe, but after a search, I was disappointed not to find the match. I asked a young associate if he could help me. He agreed and.went off to find the missing shoe. Soon, he returned and said he couldn't find it. I looked around a bit more was about to give up, when I saw a young female associate. She said she would the store room for another pair and look for the missing shoe. She returned and said there was not another pair in the store room, but she would search the shelves for the missing shoe. After a little while, she returned with the shoe and a very big smile. I was so impressed by her customer service and dilligence. I thanked her profusely and tried to give her a token of cash for her efforts. She said she wouldn't take it because the store paid her to do what she had some for me. I insisted she take the money, but she told me she was not allowed to to accept money from customers. Because she was so adamant, I relented, but it was one of the first times an associate could not be talked into taking a small amount of money for doing something many others couldn't/wouldn't do.
The young woman's name is Jimani. She...
