I been coming here for years and never did a review . lol unbelievable : so let me get this review done because they deserve 5 stars!!!

Let’s get started by saying I love getting my feet done here yes I do!! I get my feet done here by Maylene & Jessie. Their service is beyond great. They go above and beyond when they do my feet. They take their time , their massage game is on point as well! Their massage is the best. For the ladies they will put your hair up with a pin and massage your neck / back / arms . Omg it’s the best I’m telling you. Feels so Good you will recommend the shop to add full body massages to their menu lol. I recommend the both of these ladies to anyone for sure. You could come in having a bad day they going to make sure they take care of you & you will definitely walk out with a smile and great work done from what ever service they have provided to you. I would love to give 5 stars to silky as well the owner. She always takes good care of me as well when ever I need service done in her shop. You may even walk by her shop she would wave “hello” :) She so sweet , kind , caring , & of course beautiful. Silky you hired a great team In your shop, keep them forever.

Oh yeah let’s talk about the rest of the crew in here when I walk in :) . The rest of the ladies give warm greetings when you enter their store. It’s always with a smile and plenty love :)

I came here because of the positive reviews and had a less than positive experience, so I feel obliged to pay it forward to someone else researching their nail experience. Came here to remove SNS powder and get a new SNS manicure. It was a positive experience until the nail tech used the electric file on my nails and proceeded to hit my cuticle multiple times with it until it started bleeding. It hurt, so my natural reaction was to say "ouch" and she apologized. I figured it was just an accident, as I have narrow nail beds and that she would be more careful moving forward. Cut to 10 minutes later when 4-5 more of my nails are bleeding. She hasn't stopped to clean them, wipe the blood away or even address it until I say something. Then I notice her putting the tools back into her box and not even wiping them off. Pretty sure I was cut with tools that hadn't been properly cleaned. I asked about it and she shouted alcohol at me. I had gotten a dark color manicure, and there were stains all over my hands once she was done with it. She proceeded to then file MY SKIN to to try to get it off. So now I sit here typing with open wounds on 1/2 of my cuticles, stains around my nails, on what's left of my cuticles and on the pads of a few of my fingers. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Oh and the woman working at the station next to mine was clearly sick and sneezing all over everything while...

Okay so after sometime running around trying to find a good nail salon I think I finally found my place ... I got my toes done by Jessie she’s so good with her hands I enjoyed every second and it wasn’t rushed through either ! (Finally) And my nails were done by Eva she did an amazing job (I kept saying how much I liked them) as well I loved everything from the vibrations in the shop to the space, the chairs, the people, it was relaxing and very welcoming . I don’t have to worry about dirty tools or ratchet behavior or rushed service like downtown Bk smh . I pay good money and I tip well especially if you take care of me and they did exactly that thank you ! I’ll be back for more . Overall I paid 107$ including tip but without tip everything was 91$ . I did a regular pedi 19$ with a scrape which was 5$ and my nail dip powder nails with tips was 40$ plus uv gel not sure of the price .. but for everything I got here I actually paid less than the other places I’ve been too . So I highly recommend this place . (Omg and they give u a free shoulder rub when u get ur nails...
