Element Healing Arts is absolutely incredible! I discovered it while living in Carroll Gardens and had such an amazing experience that I now commute from Bushwick! Rebecca, one of the acupuncturists is really down-to-early, friendly, and gentle with needles (super sensitive to it!). I have had mostly amazing massages as well except for one that was crazy rough and the person didn't seem super experienced but nothing can be perfect every time and just won't use that person again. What stands out perhaps the most is the customer service. By far some of the absolute best customer service I've ever received in my life. The admin/front staff are absolutely ON TOP OF IT. They email back SUPER quickly, text you quickly back and have helped me find appointments that are either back to back or can be adjusted so there is not waiting time without me even asking that! Sadly, I've had to cancel a lot since I have subway anxiety at times and live really far but as long as its in the 24-hour time rang they have never hassled me or given me a hard time even though I feel awful about it. I was having a lot of discomfort in my lower abdomen. I went to my m.d. and got some recommendations and changed my diet. I improved slightly but I was not at 100%. I happened to notice Elements sign outside which advertised Mayan Abdominal massage.

I had a consultation with Yoana—who was respectful and professional—and immediately felt an improvement. I continued to come about once a month for a few months. Yoana taught me a basic massage I can do at home once a week. I'm happy to say that I feel that I made a full recovery and she agreed.

My fiancé got me a massage at Element as well right before our wedding. I forget who I saw but it was another incredible massage.

My wife also came to Element for facials and loved it.

Christina Morris is an amazing acupuncturist. I met Christina in 2007 after I was recovery from a surgery and remember the idea of acupuncture did not appeal to me. Well my qualms were immediately eased Element Natural Healing Arts is soothing, welcoming and has an extremely professional staff. My acupuncture experience was so healing that I am still a regular fourteen years later.
