Firstly, the staff were incredibly kind. However, I don't like that I was sneakily charged $16 for a 10 minute back massage. When the woman at the desk (she did my massage) came over while my basic french manicure was drying, she mentioned $22 for the manicure and then $16 for something else. The kicker is that I've had this manicure for 1.5 days and it's already chipping...ahead of the wedding. Highly, highly recommend not going here for their shoddy service and...
