We took my pup here for grooming and explained that we didn't want him cut low. They presented the scale but it wasn't clear that he would come back with less than a quarter inch of hair. I wish the groomer would have actually listened to what was being said rather than just defaulting to a scale when it was clear that the scale was not understood by the person taking my dog in for a groom (who repeatedly said we didn't want him cut low).
