Stopped by here last night and there was no one in the store besides a father and his young son. They ordered already and 1 of the workers was making their ice cream. There was one other worker who was sweeping. However, the entire time the 2 workers were talking to each other. They were talking loudly about their personal business while the father and son just stood there watching them. The 2nd worker finished sweeping and then just followed the 1st worker around, chatting the whole time. Not once did either of these workers look at me and say "we'll be right with you" or "just give us a sec ". Nothing. Never said anything to us. I stood in line next to the father and son for a good 5 minutes just watching and listening to these 2 workers talking and talking and talking. 1 of them was actually making ice cream so that makes sense. But the other one just followed her, stood around, and talked the whole time. Maybe she wasn't actually a worker? Maybe she was just a friend who was visiting the 1 worker in the store? I don't know. Either way it was a terrible feeling and a terrible way to run a store. There either needs to be better training for these young workers or some new hires. I really want to like this place but when the service is like this I'd much rather walk my way down to 5th Ave for one of the ice cream...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame in here at 4pm with my husband. Was smiling, happy ,in a great mood. I understand the workers are children, but the faces they made at one another when I asked what the difference between the waffle cone sizes were without showing me anything, was too obviously rude. The girl at the front counter was bothered that we walked in, in the first place. I asked about toppings and she couldnāt be bothered to speak. Her co worker was even more rude after that reaction, they quickly realized their mistake because when I got quiet and stared back they suddenly felt like talking and smiling. My husband was too polite to be kind to them while we left. Being miserable to kind people asking basic questions that are directly related to your work is unnecessary. Hope these children know better next time. We live here and always enjoy the neighborhood businesses. Wonāt be coming in anymore and not recommending to anyone. Left a sour taste...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered Frozen Yogurt not Ice cream vanilla!!!!!!!!! Omg I'm not ok at all. I took Uber to go there for frozen Yogurt!!!!!!!!!! Update . Honestly, itās not about the money that I regret, but more about the feeling. In the end, the ice cream that was served wasnāt eaten and was simply thrown away. If the restaurant owner sees this, they should reconsider their service and be more aware of their customersā feelings.
Do not overlook the small opinions of your customers. I understand that losing one customer may not significantly impact your business financially, but on the other hand, you have hurt a childās feelings and felt nothing about it. I decided to update my review again because I noticed that the owner only responds to positive comments while ignoring any...
