So today after a tiring indoor soccer game I was excited to see that a Just Salad was open right around the corner. I WAS a loyal customer and have spent a huge amount of money at other just salad locations. However, this was my first time at this specific location and my LAST time in any Just Salad. It was very clear to me that I, the customer, was not important to the staff. When entering the store I greeted the staff and asked where the proper station to place my order was. The person behind the bar ( the one who made the salads told me to go to the side). Then, after standing there for 5 minutes waiting to place my order, the person who I believe is the manager said to me with an attitude "oh he didn't tell you we're closed" then proceeded to lash out at the worker who had begun to put on gloves because I believe he was about to take my order. She told him "why didn't you tell him we were closed". Disgusted, I left the establishment. I will NO LONGER be a proud customer of Just Salad. Instead, I will terminate any future transactions with Just Salad without hesitation due to my horrible experience. For those customers who also feel VALUELESS at Just Salad I encourage you to suspend further relationships with Just Salad until they hire proper staff (RUDE MANAGER) who at least have a basic understanding of customer service . I hope the manager and those in superior positions take this review seriously and I hope the worker who was going to attempt to take my order find a better job where he is treated with respect from...

There are several Just Salad locations in NYC that are great, but the Park Slope location is a disaster. Terrible customer service, routinely deliver salads over an hour after the quoted delivery time, impossible to reach when there's a problem with the order, and on three different occasions have left the main ingredient out of a salad. As in- we ordered a crispy poblano chicken salad and when it came, 90 minutes later, there was no chicken in it. It amazes me that I keep ordering from here, but the food at other locations is delicious so I keep wanting to give them another try. Our most recent order of four salads was still missing after 90 minutes (quoted delivery time was 30-40 min) and when I called, I was placed on hold for 17 minutes. I was finally connected to the store, and they said they couldn't help, didn't apologize, didn't have any explanation for the delay, and we’re totally rude. For $16 a salad from a place down the block, you'd expect either accurate orders, or quick delivery, or good service...or something. Sadly, Just Salad does nothing right. A dozen chances is too many,...

Just Salad literally the salad bar of my dreams. They offer plentiful salad options, wraps, smoothies, soups, bowls and more. The ingredients were fresh and bursting with flavor. I ordered the crispy chicken poblano salad and the avo blast toast- a combo deal for less than $15. They have a “you pick 2” option where you can choose a medium salad and a smoothie, wrap, soup, chips & drink, etc. What a steal! The portions were large enough that I had leftovers. Both were beautifully prepared by a prep cook named Miles, and everything exceeded my expectations. If I lived near a Just Salad, I would probably eat here daily.

What I love most about Salad Bar, however, goes beyond my taste buds. Salad Bar is committed to sustainability and promotes zero waste and plant-based diets. Everything is served in compostable materials, and they even offer reusable salad bowls. Just Salad is also on Too Good To Go, an app committed to the reduction of food waste. Ordering through that app is a great option for those of us on a tight budget. If you are a salad queen like me, you need to try Just Salad as soon...

I just had such a great experience at Just Salad, all thanks to Dantae! I was super indecisive about what to eat, but he was so patient and attentive. He asked me what kind of ingredients I usually like in my salad and based on that, he recommended the Chicken Caesar Salad with two extra toppings; cranberries and apples. Also I changed the croutons to wontons and the roasted chicken to crispy. He later told me that this combo is actually called the Autumn Caesar, which is a seasonal salad but with my own special preference. Honestly, it was perfect! Dantae really knows the menu and made me feel like he genuinely cared about helping me find something I’d enjoy. He didn’t rush me or make me feel awkward for not knowing what I wanted. 10/10, Dantae is amazing! If you go to Just Salad and need help deciding, he’s the guy to ask.

I don't usually enjoy paying $16 for a salad, but I decided to give this place a try. I ordered the Greek salad, which was probably the worst salad I ever had in my life. To charge so much for a salad for it to only be 95% lettuce and dressing is just outrageous. The person who made my salad obviously did not care about making me a decent salad. As he was pouring the dressing I noticed I didn't see the $2 avocado I had to pay extra for. I asked him if there was avocado in the salad and he lied and said yes. I walked 10 minutes to the park, sat down to do some work and noticed there was no avocado. I had to walk back 10 minutes to get the avocado I paid for and still ended up throwing the salad away because I taste so bad.

Just by entering the store you feel the vibes of workers that don't want to be there, one associate got mad when 5 online orders came in shouting out "Come on Bro." The manager seems absolutely clueless walking around while the associates struggle to clear the line. I feel like as a manager you should step up as a leader and help your employees when I feel overwhelmed. Why don't you pick up a couple of orders that came online and help out your employees being a manager shouldn't mean just giving orders you should leave by an example and help your employees stay happy just as much as your customers. Your employees look miserable and you can feel the vibe coming in.
