Nature sparkle — Local services in New York

I was initially attracted to Nature Sparkle due to their social media marketing, and easy to navigate website. I did a lot of research while looking for my ring.

There was some hesitation with making such a large purchase online, but we were reassured by their physical showroom locations in New York, and the transparency their site offered with visible diamond grading reports, pictures, videos and the easy chat option for additional questions.

I did months of online searching and comparing diamonds. Many stores are sourcing their diamonds from the same places they sell the exact same diamonds at varying prices. For example , I fell in love with a diamond through the Nature Sparkle website and found it listed for nearly 3x more at Brilliant Earth. Nature Sparkle offered very competitive pricing and had a vast and beautiful selection of setting options. Even with that I found the same diamond listed for a lower price on another site due to a competitors Black Friday Sale. The other company does not have a physical location or as many setting options so I was beyond relieved to see the PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE* offered by Nature Sparkle.

I called the company and spoke to Stephanie who made it super easy to get the perfect ring at the best price. The price match was easy, as was communication throughout the entire process.

After my diamond price was locked in Stephanie called to let us know that unfortunately the diamond we originally chose was no longer available from their vendor (a circumstance completely out of their control). We understood as Black Friday weekend is busy and each certified diamond is unique meaning it can only be bought once. She found a diamond with all of the same cut, clarity, and color specifications, but a slightly larger carat weight and surface area. There was NO upcharge for the larger diamond.

The ring came earlier than expected with beautiful packaging and the IGI grading report. The ring is perfect. I'm so happy Nature Sparkle came across my instagram feed. The quality and craftsmanship is outstanding! I'm in love with my Emerald Cut solitaire engagement ring with hidden diamond details in the Eleni setting.

UPDATE: I recently lost one of my accent stones and reached out to the Nature Sparkle team. The repair was covered by their standard waranty and process was simple and fast. For years I have always dreamt of getting my ring from Nature Sparkle. (I am very serious lol) I would go on their instagram and screen shot photos and send them to my friends in hopes to one day get my dream ring from this place even before I met my partner. When I did meet the man of my dreams and the time came for me to finally design my dream ring..I knew in my heart my first choice was always Nature Sparkle. With the many jewelry companies out there and all my research..something about Nature Sparkle just always fit my vibe. I finally decided to schedule an appointment with Steph at the NYC location for my partner and I, to go there and design my engagement ring. It was a first time experience for us both so ofcourse we were super excited and also nervous. As soon as we walked in and met with Steph..our nerves disappeared! She was so welcoming and funny. We immediately clicked with her! She did not push us or force any sale. It was as if I was designing my ring with a friend that I knew for years. We tried many different diamonds and carat sizes and in the end she helped us design a big beautiful ring. She understood my vision completely. She was patient with us and our questions. I wanted a right hand ring. I’m already married and have an amazing engagement ring/wedding ring stack. So this was for me -by me. 😉💜 I found them in IG and instantly was obsessed with their selection, the sparkle in their diamonds and the style of their rings. They were so fantastic too -the eagerness to help me no matter the time- day or night-was really amazing. They really spent some time designing and taking to me about what I wanted and what would look best. With their help and direction, we designed exactly what I wanted with a few tweaks here or there.
