Royal Kings Pizza — Restaurant in New York

They are HORRIBLE! and STOLE MY MONEY!!! They forgot to deliver the rest of my order and then when I called them back, they said "ok it will take 45 mins" I said "fine" and patiently waited for 2 and 1/2 hours.

I called again and they said "once the delivery man comes back we will deliver" another 2 hours went. NOW its 4 HOURS!! I called again and then they REFUSED to deliver because they were "very busy".

Are you kidding me?!? They basically STOLE money from me! I am appalled by this! I used to ALWAYS order from them faithfully once a week. But after this horrible service and stealing money from their customers. I will NEVER order from them again. If I could give 0 stars I would give it. PLUS, my food that they did deliver, was cold. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Bunch of thieves.

I absolutely love this place, they have the best pizza and pasta dishes in the area BUT.....There's a man with a thicker Hispanic accent that picks up the phone when calling for delivery that is VERY rude. There have been many times where I ask for the total and I'm told by him with an attitude "you will know the price when the food gets there" or "I'm too busy to tell you the total" or "i dont have time to tell you the total". What if someone needs to know if they can afford what they are ordering? They need to keep him FAR AWAY from the phone. I was close to canceling my order this weekend because this has happened fat too many times. Next time I call if I get the same treatment from that guy my order is canceled and I'm talking to whoever...

Right nearby my job so very convenient, get lunch there regularly . Really Love the vegetable slice pizza , the salads are decent too and reasonably priced . Come with a generous hunk of nice Italian bread with butter . The eggplant parmigiana has a generous serving of good homemade tomato sauce , and lots of mozzarella. Maybe could’ve used a bit more eggplant ? I highly recommend this restaurant. Haven’t tried the garlic knots yet , but they look great. Hadn’t been in awhile , then had a huge slice of Sophia Loren pizza. Fresh mozzarella and slices of tomato, and garlic, topped with that great sauce, EXCELLENT !
