all right i’m gonna be writing an honest report on this nail place i have been to twice. first time i came to this nail place i had gotten my nails done by joana, she is really sweet. i showed her the picture and my french nails came out exactly alike, they were even and she was very gentle and communicative. the second time i had gotten my nails done which is recently, i was hoping it would have been joana but she was busy so another lady had done my nails. i don’t know her name she had lighter brown hair and wasn’t wearing a name tag as far as i could see. i showed her the picture of the plain white acrylic short nails i wanted. it was nothing that should have been too difficult. right off the bat she was a little aggressive and usually i say something but i was hoping that it was just my overthinking. when she was doing my nails, it felt very rushed and she was very violent. she didn’t attempt to communicate with me at all and i have personal issues so i can’t keep my arms in one place for a long period of time, when i would move my arm even a little bit she would make angry noises and force my wrists back down. i didn’t like how aggressive and rude she was. i excused her behavior. during this process i noticed that besides me , the person getting their nails done was happy and communicating with joana and that made me realize that maybe this lady has something seriously against me because she was just talking in a different language and giving me the stink eye. she was clearly rushing my nails and by the time she put the acrylic on my cuticles were burning. it was very painful but again i didn’t say anything because i wanted to be patient but she was rushing so much that she had scratched up my cuticles all over so it burned when the other nail product touched them. she was still being very rough and aggressively moving my hands around instead of asking me how she wanted them. and she even stopped doing my nails to do somebody else’s nails in the middle of putting acrylic on my nails!! i got left hanging. after she put the polish and top coat and cured my nails i realize she started filing them down and cutting my cuticles. now i used to do acrylic nails a while ago and the filing and cuticle cutting should usually come before curing the nails with gel. i thought this was really weird it seemed like this lady didn’t know what she was doing. once she had finished my nails i noticed that they didn’t really come out like the picture i showed her. i asked her for a square shape and she rounded the sides a lot so it didn’t come out like the pic. i also noticed that my thumbs are two different shapes!! she was not good at the filing process at all. i was very disappointed but i said it’s alright and went to get my toes done. the lady who did my toes i also don’t know the name of im sorry. she didn’t feel as rushed, she communicated with me and was rather sweet. my toes came out cute. i honestly think from my experience most people that work here are respectful besides that one lady. i know my review isn’t as helpful if i don’t know their name. when it was time to pay, i payed the price she had originally told me. 85$. i decided to tip the lady who did my toes. the lady didn’t ask for the tip i decided that she deserved a tip. she was very nice and thanked me. as i am about to leave a different lady who didn’t do my nails or toes told me to tip the other lady. i was confused at what she was saying at first and she kept repeating herself and saying “tip her she do your nails tip her” i ended up tipping her because i was feeling really nice that day but let me tell you something i don’t like being forced to do things against my own will and i thought it was crazy that she was forcing me to tip her friend. i really didn’t have to because i was not happy with the service. i’m literally typing this with my two different thumb nail shapes as we speak. don’t tip if you arent happy with the service guys. but overall the nail place is pretty clean. i’ll give this...

i asked for a scrub & peel & acrylic nails. firstly, when I asked her if she had a darker color she just kept saying look over there. I asked her to show me how the color looked on my finger and she said it looks exactly like the bottle, so I decided to just get it because I like the way the bottle looked. I did not look like the bottle. I asked her to change the color and she got mad she didn’t even wipe it she just added another color on top of it. The color didn’t look good because it was a mixture. I said whatever and it was time for me to do my feet. I asked for a scrub and peel and I had thought the lady was nice because she noticed I didn’t like my color so she offered to change my color, however she was done with my toes in about two minutes. at first I didn’t think anything of it but now, I noticed my toes literally look the same, I noticed she didn’t even scrub. they were rushing me. she went to change my color and she didn’t even wipe it off again so they kept adding coats to my nails which made it look ugly. I decided to tip her good because she wasn’t dismissing me like the first lady. i tipped her 7$, and she kept saying “tip my friend tip my friend she do your nails” I looked at her and looked back at her friend, and I said ehh.. she kept repeating herself. I’m a person who pays for service & respect. The first lady (vicky) so rude and didn’t communicate with me at all, every time I talk to her she ignored me and she kept grabbing my hand aggressively. she was so rude she didn’t deserve a tip in my opinion. but her friend kept saying give her a tip, i ended up giving her a tip. she came out with shoes and said you don’t have to pay for these shoes, but then after she saw my wallet she made me pay for the shoes. end ended up spending $100 on ugly nails that I didn’t like, and a scrub that wasn’t even a real scrub. my toes...

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Awful place. Terrible service. I got a really negative experience at this salon and my mood was ruined for the whole day. The service and behavior of the manicurists were unprofessional. I didn’t receive the quality I paid for.

I came to this salon just to get a regular gel polish but two nail ladies aggressively insisted that I get a hard gel manicure. I had to move from one seat to another because they couldn't decide among themselves who would do my nails. I agreed to the hard gel because they kept pressuring me and I just wanted to get my nails done and get it over with. The work itself isn't worth what I paid - $65. That's the price you pay in good nail salons for a quality manicure. And I absolutely don’t mind paying that price and leaving a generous tip, but only if I’m happy with the quality I received or at least good service! Alas, I didn't get any of this. My cuticles were not cut, the polish is painted unevenly, there are streaks of polish somewhere, the shape of my nails is also not satisfying. The manicurists were also rude, speaking Chinese and discussing myself in front of me. In a word, unprofessional! I will never come back. With such a lack of service, you guys will only be losing customers.

Ps: One of the manicurists also asked me how much I paid for my manicure that I already had and where I got it done (I usually get my nails done at Russian places) - I told her the price I paid for my manicure, but it's none of her business. It's unprofessional to ask such questions to a client. And I’m pretty sure they charged me for my manicure at their place based on the price I mentioned for my already...
