NY CIBAO FURNITURE — Local services in New York

The worst furniture in New York ..this is what happen to my friend ..I’m going to tell my story with Cibao Furniture, which is located at 3795 10th Avenue, in New York City. The worst experience I have had as a buyer of this store. On January 15, 2025, I went with all the excitement to buy a piece of furniture that I loved. Georgina helped me. (Of course, they only wanted to sell). I paid $1,050 dollars. After waiting a week, they called me and told me that they did not have the original piece of furniture that I paid for. They offered me another one, which I accepted, but after sending it to me, the piece of furniture was broken. I called Georgina, the saleswoman who helped me. Georgina told me “don’t worry, we will change it for you.” Two weeks went by and nothing. I called Georgina again and she told me “I have the option to choose another piece of furniture.” Unfortunately, I wanted the original piece of furniture or my money back. I waited another week for them to resolve my problem. Days went by and no solution to my problem. I was already desperate. I spoke to Muhammad (the manager) and he told me that today, February 26, 2025 (after more than a month), they would change the furniture or give me my money back. When I called today, February 26, 2025, they sent me a message and told me to wait another week. My question, since Muhammad promised to give me my full money back, why do I have to wait another week? I hope they give me $1050 back. I never recommend Cibao Furniture on 10th Avenue in Manhattan. And I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone. I'll tell you what happens tomorrow, whether they resolve my issue or not. The worst...

Out of all of the modern and local furniture stores that my wife and I have visted, this store by far was the best experience yet! From communicating from Instagram to in person it was a amazing and smooth experience. We worked with Cesar from the start and he is and has been an amazing salesperson! His customer service skills are top notch and makes you feel like you have known him forever. We are so glad that we were able to work with him and are looking forward to working with him in the near future. Both furnitures that we purchased we love! Exactly what we wanted for our new apartment. The purchasing/delivery process was smooth and everyone involved including Cesar and Adam were great! We thank you all at NYCibao Furniture for everything. We will definitely be back and refer people to this amazing store! P.S.-They will definitely work with you on the prices!...

I don’t even know where to start this furniture store is absolutely amazing , I had the pleasure of being helped by the lovely Julia ! She has the best customer service and patience I have ever seen. In a place like New York City where people are not always so nice, not one time did she make me feel ignored or rushed even though I asked her 100 questions. This store has lovely pieces and if they don’t have it in stock they will order for you. Its not often you find good people with quality service and unique products. They actually care about there customers happiness and not there money. Excellent service !!! management should be proud of the people they put in place to help there business because with this service I will always recommend them to...
