If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'll start off by saying I was at brunch this past Sunday. The place itself is cute, in a sacrilegious way if you're into that. Some of the couches have already been badly burnt by hookah. The service is absolutely terrible. It's like someone hired all their cousins and gave no one any formal training in customer service. The food was TERRIBLE. I've never had food this bad. My side of the table ordered chicken and waffles or churrasco. All the meat was salty. It literally tasted like a pillar of salt. I informed the waitress that the chicken, especially, was inedible. She informed me she would tell the kitchen and I assumed we would be brought new plates.30 min of waiting with plates of untouched food in front of us, I finally asked the waitress about our replacement. She responded that the chefs had been apprehended. I told her that did not resolve the issue of the inedible food in front of us. I suggested she bring a menu so we can order new items since she also stated all the meat had been prepared the same. Only then was new food brought to us. The mimosas? Trashhhh. I've never left a brunch more sober. They brought 1 pitcher at a time for a table of about 10 people. We asked for 2 pitchers so we had a better balance across the table and were refused. After 2 hours I ordered a cocktail, but shortly after was told we would have to buy 2 bottles or have to leave because people were waiting. I stepped out to smoke while the bill was settled, there was absolutely no one waiting. By the way the restaurant was only serving about 3 tables at the time of these incidents. I honestly have never had a worst experience at a club. Bunch of customers left violated and scammed. Spare your time, wallet, and dignity from this place. Don’t give your money to people who have no problem spitting in your face: Went there last night with family and friends, after we each payed $50, about 8 of us, to reserve a spot, only for us to get there and be told that the club was max capacity, only we weren’t the only group who didn’t get in, outside were also other groups, who also reserved tables, who were not being allowed inside. They were max capacity, but multiple reservations were outside waiting to get in, who took all our tables? And they didn’t mind letting some people in every once in a while, if they payed $80. Some other people were also offered to go in, only if they payed $200. As if they enjoy spitting in their customers’ faces, they then offered some of the groups outside, with reservations, a spot in the club, but away from the main area: Only if we each payed an extra $80 on top of the 100s of dollars we had...

Worst lounge I’ve been to in NYC. Security, the female security especially, was aggressive while checking us. Over checking us all over our body. The male who was charging us to get in had the nastiest attitude. And I mean NASTY ATTITUDE. I guess the makeup and nails he had on made him feel like he could. I almost walked out after all that but I was there for someone’s birthday. We reserved for more than 10 people and somehow got two small tables for all of us. But the smaller groups in the middle had the couches and way more space. If you don’t personally know someone who works there or have connects, don’t go! The dj wasn’t so great. The whole experience was terrible. I never leave reviews but I really warn about this place. Believe the bad reviews. Don’t waste your money here. I like the Latino establishments, but not to be treated like trash...
