Horrible service, DO NOT use them for your counter top. I paid over $2500(plus another 2500 for fabrication) for a beautiful large stone because I did not want a joint in the counter and they ended up cutting the stone. It looks awful. I spoke with the manager when they arrived at my house to install and she suggested I "try to live with it" and she would see what she could do with my account. She said if I really couldn't live with it they would replace it. She never credited my account and never followed up. A week later I contacted her to let her know that I've tried to "live with it" but everytime I'm in the kitchen it upsets me to look at it. Be very careful if you go to this location, there customer service is not very professional, there installers are on the most disrespectful I ever seen the first thing they said when they showed up they asked where is money, NOT EVEN A DAM HELLO. Also be careful they give one price at the location then they change it and say old we didn't measure correct so we have to account for the new square footage. I also got very pissed of when my contractor had to help bring up the stone because it was heavy. A customer should not help a stone place to move there own materials. I had an amazing experience at NY Stone Kitchen Depot. I worked with Selina. She is simply awesome. I don't know how she did it, but I was able to get 3 kitchens out of 1 slab, albeit small kitchens.
