😎Man.. I have to say NYC FERRY ⛴️ is one of the cleanest places to travel, Ferry comes with a restroom, snack bar Potato chips, and candy bars, and has a great TV to watch commercials. On coming events from New York City, The Boat Crew is so Nice and respectful patience with the customers too👏🏾, In my personal opinion, The Ferry is Way Better than NYC transit 🚅...

Love the Ferry, hate their non-existent customer service. Poor, confusing signage and an app that often doesn’t update schedules until the last moment. Feedback? There is no customer service phone number so you are forced to write to their autobot that knows 3 phrases...
