I had the worst in the world customer service. A woman who worked here was so rude that I even couldn’t find words to describe this. Her attitude was like I came to her home and disturbed her. On my question about the price of item, she told me the price was on it. It was not on it. Then she said that it was not her responsibility to take medicine from the bag which I received in pharmacy department to pay in her department“I will not touch this bag without gloves” - her words. Please explain this “nice woman” about customer service and how to communicate with people because she doesn’t have any idea about this!
