As i am going to the gym next to this bakery ones a week i stop for a sweet meal cheat:) but today i had this experience i want to address because i am still feeling the consequences. Went there at 10am after my workout and asked for a decaf cappuccino. Please remember! When someone asks you for a decaf, most of the time there’s a health condition in between not because it’s trendy or smthg! Instead of cappuccino I received a latte. Man i think i apologized a hundred times! I was not rude i didn’t make a big deal, i just nicely asked if they can redo it into a cappuccino. Sadly i didn’t make any pictures because i wasn’t into creating problems! But whatever i had in my cup was just white and tasted just like milk. Thy said “no problem “. I received a cappuccino later, at my first sip i felt it very strong but i assumed its just a strong DECAF because i mentioned that. On my way home i realized, that was definitely not a decaf! Four hours later i am still feeling dizzy and my heart is racing. Do you guys realize where this attitude can lead you? I do have a health condition that doesn’t allow me to have regular coffee, so once a week i use to come to your place...
Read moreOn 06/27/24, my wife and I went to Safir, in Kings Highway to order a cake. Our previous experience was decent; hence, our decision to return. Sadly, the service was appalling. The elderly, middle eastern lady at the counter, made us feel small and thoroughly unwelcomed, with her rude demeanor and curt "one word" responses. She mentioned that they do not deliver, which was an outlandish; and a blatant lie, as it is clearly mentioned in their website, that not only do they deliver; but they also cater. When I proceeded to explain how we would like our cake to be customized, by showing her a picture, instead of making eye contact; and looking at the photo, she looked at the ceiling, folded her arms, and began to ignore us. Perplexed and arrantly speechless, we ultimately decided to take our business elsewhere. If the employees continue to have poor body language, and ill tempered deposition, then I am sorry to say--I do not see a future...
Read moreCustomer service was extremely rude. The woman (she had long braid) at the counter did not want to answer my simple questions about the prices and what kind of baklava there is. She made me feel stupid when I tried to point out which pieces I wanted since I didn’t know the names and she didn’t bother to tell me or ask. She had this annoyed expression and tone the whole transaction and tried to avoid talking to me even when I was paying as if I was interrupting her day or something! When I asked for iced tea she didn’t bother to ask me what kind and proceeded to fill the cup with a MOUNTAIN of ice and tap water! I didn’t even see a tea bag in the cup. She started arguing with my mother, saying she couldn’t give a refund for it but eventually gave us one. I just wanted to check out a cool looking bakery and get some baklava and tea but instead was met with a very rude cashier who clearly doesn’t care about...
