This is the first time I had a problem in Ovando, I was going to buy a flower arrangement and I asked them if they can send it nextThursday 5 to my home for my wife Birthday, before 10 AM or 11 AM they said impossible and I said fine, they said we have many orders for mothers day, I told them that is Sunday this next Thursday May 5, but then they asked me if I still wanted I said yes but they asked me again, and they said If you don't want it no problem meaning they did not care if would buy or not, that kind of arrogance I did not like so I left, and bought something similar in another place, Don't go...

AVOIDANDO this is what this place should be called! my very recent experience w/ them its summarized as: unreliable, unprofessional, unfriendly, and careless. they are quick to charge you AMEX but don't care to follow through w/ deliveries. HORRIBLE customer service experience. AVOID and definitely opt to use a professional place like VENUS ET FLEUR given they are head over hills above this place.... 1 star is WAY more than they...

For yum Kippur I had a dinner. My table seats 16. I set it for 14 with a a very wide depth. My husband, as usual ordered flowers, is they regularly gorgeous. What was delivered was2 tiny vases apex 1”X 5””. To my dismay I called and they said this size was new. I feel, particular when you can look Bach that created a hostile environment n an extremely X- customer.
