I had a wonderful experience here earlier tonight! I just adopted a cat and was looking for a place nearby my friend's apt, and she recommended this place. I called and found out they close at 8:30pm, but the owner kindly said he could stay for additional 15 minutes. I ended up being there until a little after 9pm, and he always said take your time and don't rush! That was super nice of him, and I really appreciated his help! :)

I have limited experience with cats so I was looking around the entire place for options for treats, litter, food, cat bed, scratching post, etc and everything was available with many options! I chose out of many options that he showed me, and he even helped me carry out litter and scratching post to the uber. The customer service here is top notch! I'd definitely recommend to check it out for any of your pet needs.

The cat I had was eating Friskies, and he kindly told me that it's not great quality. My friend confirmed this by saying it's like McDonald's for cats, a lot of fillers and not nutritious. I called ahead to ask if they had any flea and tick shampoos in stock and was told they do indeed have it so I decided to make the trip over given it's urgent. Once i got there I was handed the bottle and quickly left the store to rush home to my dog. On my way out, I noticed the employee handed me a flea and bite RELIEF AFTER BATH TREATMENT so I immediately went back in to ask for an exchange. I was then told that they don't have any flea and tick shampoos in stock AND they are not able to return the wrong bottle I was handed. Instead, the employee said it was my fault for not checking the bottle that he specifically put into my hands. I am beyond disappointed with the level of service. Not only did they give me the wrong information when I initially called, they then handed me the wrong bottle and blamed me for not double checking.
