If you want the best of the best .. I’m talking GOAT (GREATEST OF ALL TIME STATUS) in terms of having a great sound system .. this is the HOT SPOT ! A few months ago , I got so sick of my sound system being not up to par with my original standards I had years ago .. cause back in the day ., I had a competition type sounds system where as you could hear me coming from Atleast 1 block away ! And so.. coming to the present day. I did my research and educated myself for the first time. I wanted the loudest clearest most powerful speakers and subwoofer available. With best amplifiers which I then found them and ordered them all ! Then I went to these guys and Boom ! and I mean SONIC BOOM !! I went to them with all the equipment I bought. Most of which were on point which what I love once again is if something I bought wasn’t right , they made the appropriate measures in replacing 1 amp I bought that was not good enough. You see, I feel as though they need what I wanted and expected. A MOST POWERFUL Sound system that I would enjoy to the fullest. ! And that’s EXACTLY What I got. ! Much love and absolute credit to all the people in this spot ! Now. It’s crazy. Rolling down blocks enjoying my music again with Power and grace and style like how I use to. Went to Planet Auto to replace my defective rear camera. They ordered the camera and had it installed. When I drove off, I noticed the image was reverse. They fail to inspect their work before releasing my vehicle. Brought my car back and they said they needed to order another camera. The other camera comes and they installed it and then tells me it's the same problem and they need to order another camera that they now believe will be fully compatible. Disappointed and frustrated with the constant back and forth and wait, I ask for a full refund as I no longer wanted to do business with them. They refuse to issue a full refund and kept 15% of my money for labor work. We argue with them to no avail. A month goes by and I tried to do the installation myself. After removing inner panels, I noticed Planet Auto cut my factory wire with connector that comes from the car to camera. They had re-splice it horribly with something else that they were trying to get working with the camera that they ordered. This made it so I can't even replace the original oem camera because the connector is not even the right one. Now I have to spend almost a thousand dollars to have the wire harness replaced with original and have the new oem camera put in. I do not recommend...

I call this place to do photo inspection, he told me already full. Call or come tomorrow, i try go over there. The gentleman at cashier, he told me it's ok for photo inspection but you need pay at least $20. I tell him since i know photo inspection it's free, usually if everything good automatically I'll give tips. He said ok, after done the other guy with Anti Social Social Club hoodie asking for a tip. He's open the tips box, plus he told me tips at least $10 minimum. Because before that he put $10 at the box, he show me. Actually without he said to me, 100 percent i wanna give more than $10. Because of his attitude i just follow what ever he said $10, After i leave that place he spoke with other guy said i need asked tips with minimum amount otherwise they not give it to me. I understand we live at USA some job base on tips, but TIPS NOT MANDATORY. If you think you do good job, why you afraid??.
