It is not worth even 1 star for the response I received from the staffs of this particular outlet. The staffs were arrogant and irresponsible and make fun of customers. I had gone just to purchase a set of wipers for my car and asked for some help for which the staffs started saying if I chose the wrong wiper then they will not replace it and asked me to confirm before I get it,which was OK and I took my wipers picture to show it to the staff and as per "his guidance" got the needed one and while picking up the wipers, I saw that they had placed information next to the wipers that they do free wiper change. Since i was trying to change wipers for the 1st time i did not know and asked for help after seeing the free wiper change Ad. The person whom i asked was a young(too young and unprofessional and unfit) boy who responded after looking for others to do it and came to the parking lot to help, but instead of changing it, he started educating me by saying your wiper types are the easiest ones to change and started to behave as he was bothered by it and i was just messing with his work just because the service was supposed to be free. He did one wiper and indicated that i should try to change the other one myself and did not tell me how to do it properly, due to which the wiper frame slipped and hit the windshield and cracked it. I was shocked so much that i got speechless, and to that he responded " you did it not me" and ran away back to the store and when i went back to the store to talk to him about it, he was telling it to other staffs and making fun of it. when i asked for his help to have it fixed, he said it was i who caused it and they are not responsible for it and do not have any information to how to get it fixed. This is completely unprofessional and the company should have proper experienced staffs with good customer service ability and experience. This guy should not be allowed to handle guests at all. my wipers do not even fir properly even if the staff said it would fit and i asked for it to be exchanged/ returned, to which that arrogant guys responded- "we gave you the right one but it is already opened and installed by us so we cannot do anything" and sprinted back to the store. I got ignored by that guy and had to leave the store with broken windshield and unfit wipers. I just went to get wipers costing around $30 and he caused me a lot of time and money to get a new windshield. This is what happened today. I went in to purchase a DieHard Red battery which is one of the recommended battery for my truck, and I have pervious purchased this same battery for the same year and model for my wife's truck two years ago. When I asked to purchase this battery she said that I should buy an AGM battery (DieHard Gold or Platinum). I told her that I've purchased this battery before. She rolled her eyes at me and said this battery does NOT have enough CCA (cold crank amps). I explained that the Gold and Platinum had the same 550CCA. She argued that I am wrong. When she looked and found that it's the same on her computer, she changed to the face that the CCA is different. I told her it's what I want to buy. She then rolled her eyes again and said she will put a line on the invoice explaining that she told me that battery is not recommended and that they will not refund for any reason. I explained that wasn't true because if you look under my make and model, the DieHard Red is one of the recommended batteries. (Gold is $129 more and Platinum is nearly $200 more and for that price I can get the battery at the dealership) I asked her if someone can test the battery first. She seemed very annoyed and said she has to do it and to meet her outside. When I met up with her, I already had the hood lifted and the cap on the battery nodes removed for her convenience. She still seem annoyed and tell me, where are the nodes, I can't see them. After I pointed them out, she tells me the cover was in the way. After I held the node cover, she figured as if it was very hard to get the clamps on and as if she didn't want to get her hands dirty. I then helped her put the clamps on. She did the test and tells me that they will not put the battery in that has a battery cover. I told her I can remove it in the parking lot if she can lend me a flat screwdriver. She rolled eyes again and told me she doesn't have tools to lend me. And for me to go home and come back when the cover is removed I have wasted 20 minutes of driving and another 40 minutes with Jackie. Watching her with all her melodramatic eye-rolling and attitude. I ended up bringing my truck to the dealership. Will NEVER go back there again and definitely not recommend anyone else to go there...

Went to the store to replace a warranted headlight bulb and she said to call customer service because you bought it thru the website and picked it up from store. So ok, I go back to my car and call customer service. They told me that they'll replace the item and I will need to make another purchase thru the website, so I give them my credit card and they process and gave me another order no. The customer service guy told me to go back to the store and return the old faulty bulb so that the refund can be processed, so I go in and asked rajini aka "Julia" that I have to give this back to you so that my refund can be fulfilled.. she said no. Both headlights has to be out for the item to be replaced..?? How can 1 drive with just one headlight? Sure you can but as soon as the popo comes around.. that a big fat ticket.
