Terrible experience with unprofessional recording studio. The studio deleted all my recording sessions without a warning. I have never seen that in any other recording studio. The loss of time, creative energy, and financial resources was substantial and profoundly disappointing. This experience was terribly unprofessional, and I would strongly caution fellow artists to thoroughly weigh the risks before choosing to work with this studio. A place that does not value their clients' hard work and creativity does not deserve to be trusted with your musical...

My experience with the engineer was phenomenal but whoever they have answering the company phone has horrible customer service skills. I paid to have my song mixed/mastered and all I wanted was for the volume of my vocals to be turned up and resent to me. Why did I have to beg them for days to send it to me and never got it. Trust me I am very understanding and easy to deal with. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. I guess you have to be more a popular artist to receive...

What can I say about this place, I love it there not going to lie it's well worth the trip the money etc . Everyone is great extremely professional and honestly it's great therapy for anyone going through something keep making music . I go through alot mentality and this place helps me . It's good for the youth we need more places like plug. My only down side is sometimes there no Pepsi in the machine but that's okay . I hope you guys see this and smile ya...
