El Valle — Restaurant in New York

Had a taste for spanish food so I googled restaurants in the area and El Valle came up. Pictures of the food looked good so I decided to try it out. So the hot food is laid out behind the glass , it looked so delicious. Everything looked fresh they had white rice, yellow rice with beans and vegetable rice. They also had chicken stew, beef stew, rotisserie chicken, pieces of fried chicken amongst many other options. I had fried chicken chunks with vegetable rice and beans, my coworker had vegetable rice with beef stew and the other had yellow rice with beans and chicken stew. We all thoroughly enjoyed our food. The rice and meat had good seasoning. The waitresses were friendly. Service was fast. The restaurant had nice decor, nice to sit down and eat. It was also clean, so was the bathroom. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU AREN'T LATIN.

I ordered food to go which were ribs, white rice and beans. The ribs were OLD, cold and greasy, like they got it from the trash.

I had a friend who ordered food from here too that was African American and it was the same thing.

I had one of my latin friends pick up food from here and it was nice and fresh.

Then, you cal and speak English when you ask for condiments or extra sauce on Uber Eats they have the audacity to tell you to buy a $3 soda and put it the notes that you want mojito sauce and they'll send the sauce instead of the soda. All of that just to add a 1oz mojito sauce to your $50 food purchase. But, call and speak a little Spanish and they add whatever you want to the bag....

Wednesday 1/27/16 ordered Green Banana with chicken when taking a first bite of the chicken leg noticed that was kind of hard so I stop trying to eat it and tried to cut it with the plastic knife they gave to find out that it had blood inside or was not cook properly, went back to the store told the girl manager that's there In the morning and I asked Her to give me the stew chicken instead of the rotisserie chicken that was uncooked which she did but instead of replacing it she charge me for new breakfast and threw the first one away, I only lost a few dollars on that one but I will make sure that every one I know, knows about this, have a nice day, I will...
