Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

The staff is rude, not all but some are especially the one I spoke to tonight. I can not remember the name but I put in an order just to receive someone else's order of a different name, just to have the female I spoke to tell me that I got my food and I had to explain I'm not Alanna N, Ms. Alanna now you know I received your food and you received mine. I told her the difference of our names, two completely different orders by reading out Ms. Alanna's Receipt and mine, my name being Aliyah H BTW, as well as say the Order Total difference and she still told me I'm Alanna. Just to later basically say keep her food and contact customer support. Her attitude was nasty the entire time and just wish this would've been pick up and not delivery, it would've been a different result. Hopefully, the General Manager see this and get rid of her because clearly, this isn't a first time incident for the first coworker I spoke to tell her she was giving the driver the wrong order, as I heard him say. For starters, Courtney off the rip was very rude. There was a moment when she was insanely rude to a doordash driver when he asked about a pickup and I just noticed it affected his demeanor. It then comes time for my family to order, yet again Courtney was super rude! She takes my order and screams at me that there is no fries, let me remind that this is an hour before close. After receiving our food, I asked for some sauce for my wife, minutes later I decide I want to try the same sauce. Surely Courtney can help me right. You thought wrong. Courtney REFUSED me sauce and said I gave you 2 already, which will not suffice. It was at this time that the manager, kicked us out of the restaurant saying there are closing soon in the middle of our meals, and refused to let us stay till we finish. I then asked for a to go bag, since we were dining in, and was refused a to go bag after being kicked out. This was a poor experience and I will never eat popeyes again. The manager of this Popeyes clearly sucks. Alberto handled my order and honestly gave me incredible service and remained composed while what clearly sounded like a manager in the background she kept second guessing everything he said & did. He took my order perfectly. Charged me for everything and all proper substitutes, I ordered a 10 pc and wanted 3 breasts, extra gravy and garlic Parmesan sauce. He charged me properly for all items. All I kept hearing was “Did they pay for that” over and over and over again. Honestly props to anyone who can work there and maintain a cheerful attitude in such a toxic work environment.
