This place is truly special. Absolutely the friendliest, most welcoming gym I've ever been a member of, I looked forward to going every time I had a workout. Mark is a wonderful owner who cares deeply about the members and staff, and is always willing to help you with any questions or concerns. It's a bit small so it can get a little tight sometimes, but if you avoid peak hours you'll be just fine. The equipment is well maintained and high quality, with almost anything you would need, including some things that you can't find at most gyms. Read moreI love this gym. It is small and friendly not too many people staring at you. It invites an energy of community and care. I really love the equipment and the no contract ability meaning you could cancel at anytime and not have to pay fees etc etc. I was really looking for a home gym that felt more like a second home and less overwhelming like bigger gyms tend to feel like. Iv’e been going consistently for 2-3 weeks now. That’s due to not just my own discipline, but the positive energy I experience. I am always greeted by the owner as I walk in and waved good bye once I leave. I feel like, not only am I a member but...
