On their website if you want customer service help well you won't get any. All they do is tell you to join their Facebook live and not even answer your query. I wanted to see real photos of a heavy dress they have on their site to check authencity but they refused to do it. It comes across super weird because their Google images aren't of bridal dress/expensive outfits so ofc I would want to check. Their clothing quality is good the downside is they lack customer service and communication . Any outfit u like u have to preorder and if something is posted on their facebook page it is taken away right away. They seem to never have anything in stock.
