I’ve been going here for the past year and this is the best QB location I’ve been to. Chihiro is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and extremely talented. I’ve been trying to gatekeep this place so it doesn’t get too busy, but I also don’t want it to close if it doesn’t lol. For $35, you can choose the stylist you want and get it done within 30 minutes. Just reserve it online and don’t risk walking in as that’s a waste of time and interrupts the person currently getting their cut (they have no front desk here). If you can, avoid the stylist in the Saturday afternoon shift. Literally the worst hair cut ever. I have long hair and all I need is trimming + thin layering, which I suppose is not something too hard to do. My hair had gotten really long, and I desperately needed a trim. I went to QBHouse in the West Village on my birthday and had the pleasure of getting a haircut from Luke. He was professional, attentive, and thorough. Before starting, he showed me with a mirror to confirm the 2-inch length I wanted to take off, which I really appreciated. When I asked for long layers, he did a fantastic job—exactly what I was hoping for. I'm so happy with the result....
