Worst nail salon expirence of my life! I called ahead of time and asked if they did gel extensions. As soon as I came in they sat me down and started gluing extensions to my nails without any prep (not even wiping my nails). They kept messing up and they were ripping the extensions of my nails (it was so painful). Afterwards they kept dipping my nails in dip powder and periodically filing them down. At one point one of the techs put the filter on high and my nail started burning and I told them to stop. It was the worst pain i had ever experienced. Then when it came time to file it to the shape I wanted they kept filing it wrong and the nails were not even. If you looked at them from the side it was bumpy. I asked them to smooth it and they tried their best. When she started putting the gel on I noticed my nails looked like balloons at the end and I asked her to file it but she got mad and her manager took over. At that point they were being extremely rude and hostile and all I wanted to do was just leave bc it had been three hours. I paid $105 for these nails and I didn't want to leave with balloon shaped nails. I ended up settling and when I left I noticed my thumb and left index finger were lifting from the tip I just ended up removing them right after. Not...

It was honestly the worst mani/ pedi that I’ve ever received in my life. I paid $91 plus a $9 tip which I really didn’t want to give but the people were nice (the only reason why I bothered to put 2 stars)…. None of my toenails are the same length or shape. Some of my toenails are shaped like hexagons, some are square and the others are round. I kept trying to explain that I wanted a square shape but I noticed very quickly that she wasn’t understanding. The nail tech was very kind, she just was not skilled. I paid the set price for the manicure and a spa pedicure even though I wasn’t getting polish (which I didn’t mind but I expected to at least have my nails done throughly). I feel like my cuticles weren’t done right and there is little pieces of skin around my fingernails. Normally nail techs clean under and around the nails. My cousin had a different nail tech and he did an amazing job with both her manicure and pedicure. He was very attentive and didn’t require guidance. This place was my go-to place until it switched over management this past month, which was not common knowledge to me! I know they're changing the name, but I hope enough people read this before they do.

I was using the last session from my Groupon, which once you redeem you can no longer see the voucher number, and no one said anything about changing over management during my service, which took almost two hours, when it should only take one.

I told them this was the last of my sessions from my Groupon and they asked me for a card as proof, which I was never notified of or had. Then they said I had to talk to the old owner and if she okayed it I wouldn't have to pay... they gave me her number!

Of course she didn't pick up and I tried to prove I had this voucher on my Groupon account, which wasn't good enough. The owner began to scream that she would not do nails for free and the other owner said they would give me a "special price." I didn't think it was my problem or right that I had to pay again, but I got guilted out of $20. Save yourself the trouble, NEVER go here.

The silver lining is I explained the situation to Groupon and they remedied it so I can find another salon...
