Went in with hopes of getting some digital pictures printed in such a way that I could paste them over a mistake in my son's and friends' yearbooks, but I couldn't even get my question out before the guy was gruffly refusing to listen and sending me to the closed Right-Aid on 30th Ave. He was very rude and extremely unhelpful! I work in media and know photography. It was a perfectly reasonable question. You didn't have to do the job, just listen - then answer, and don't be a jerk. When I have a more standard job I'll be sure to take it elsewhere! Hopefully it's a big one.

Took a passport photo, got handed the file without any editing or color adjustment. Also, when asked for the printed 2x2 photo to be square instead of round corners, the owner just rudely denied my request saying it’s unreasonable.
