Lots O Bagels — Restaurant in New York

Good Bagels, pretty awful delivery experience. I ordered 3 separate deliveries to different family members that all live next door to each other on the same block, but only 2 of them made it. The shop claimed absolutely NO responsibility after blaming the issue on a Grubhub/ Seamless printer- only issue was that I called TWICE to confirm that 3 separate orders (all going to different apartments on the same block) were being prepared correctly, of which the restaurant confirmed. When I asked for a comp of the one missing delivery (as a make-up/ apology) to be sent the next day, they weren't willing to offer anything more than an "I'm sorry, it's Grubhub's fault," let alone anything for the inconvenience. The total of the 3 orders was well over $250. GROW...

Nope. First order here was a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel. By the time I was done building the order - 2 eggs, a sausage patty, and cheese - it was $16. For pickup. And the paper they use to wrap the food is too flimsy. It was soaking wet and I had to pick bits of it from the actual bagel. Very messy. Second visit was today, just for a bottle of water. I went to the fridge, grabbed one, couldn't find the price labeled anywhere, went up to the register. Only employee near the register was on the phone briefly. Then some woman who previously ordered a coffee went up to the counter, right next to me, complaining about her coffee. The guy helped her with a new drink, ignoring me. I ordered a cheese omelette. And the eggs were not scrambled. There was still white in them. and just slapped a slice of cheese on top of the eggs and charged me for this. I went back a second time to get an omelette and they just scrabbled more eggs and slapped cheese right on top. The cook started waving his hands and speaking Spanish. This indicates that the staff of this isn’t properly trained in cooking breakfast meals. And this is breakfast store? What other aspects of the food and beverage industry training are the employees not...
