Marc Dimov has been our go-to real estate agent for nearly ten years. Most recently, he conducted the sale of our multi-family home in Astoria. Had it not been for Marc's grace, creativity, problem-solving skills, and patience, I do not believe our property would have been sold, given the challenging circumstances we faced with problematic tenants who refused to move out. Upon listing the home for sale, Marc quickly negotiated a favorable offer at 99% of the asking price. We were scheduled to close within two months but due to uncooperative tenants, our ultimate closing date got pushed out by seven months Marc acted as a liaison between us and the tenants and negotiated on our behalf in a calm and collected manner, saving us from an immense amount of stress and anxiety. He assisted the tenants with finding new housing and took no fee in doing so. We have bought and sold many houses over the years, but never have we experienced a real estate agent work so hard and be so dedicated to the sale of property, to his clients, and to all other parties involved (seller, buyer, and tenants).
