I ordered my wedding flowers from Rachel Cho for my 11-11-23 wedding and im really glad that I did. From start to finish, working with Rachel and her team was a breeze. My order wasnt very big or complex, but she was with me every step of the way.

I loved my bridal bouquet. She did such a great job putting something together that was very rich in color and voluminous. The flowers smelled great all day long and even 3 days after the event when I dropped them off to be preserved.

My ceremony flowers werent what I was quite expecting. I wanted some reds in them like my bouquet; instead they were a mix of light pinks and deep purples. However, it turned out that going that route was the better option, as my decor was very light and whimsical. Having dark red flowers probably wouldnt have matched up with the rest of the look.

Delivery on the day of was smooth. Actually, the delivery guy came almost 2 hours early. I was a little thrown off but I’d much rather have someone come super early vs super late. My mom worked with Nakia and they did a great job setting up my ceremony pieces and my welcome sign.

Rachel Cho has exquisite, sophisticated taste. She is organized and detail oriented while also seeing the big picture with vision and great ideas. She was already familiar with the venue for our wedding and thankfully helped brainstorm ways to elevate our minimal chic style with the right color palette and production scale. I loved her elegant use of votives and other nuanced ways to create an otherworldly feel. I actually was not that excited about my wedding UNTIL I received Rachel's proposal with illustrative photos about a week after we met. It was obvious in the proposal photos that Rachel had paid very close attention to everything we discussed in our conversation. All this being said, due to Covid, our wedding was canceled, my husband lost his job, and we're moving from NY. With utmost understanding, professionalism, and genuine care, Rachel and her team developed a more than fair reimbursement plan for our deposit. Given that Covid has harshly impacted many industries, including the floral and events sector, Rachel's generous response to our unfortunate plight speaks volumes of her character and integrity.
