Royal Delight Cafe - Coffee Shop, Catering & Events — Restaurant in New York

Update: for some reason I thought I would give this place another chance. I ordered a sandwich. Out of all breads except one. I open the sandwich. Wrong cheese. I've learned my lesson.

Original: I ordered a panini from the digital menu posted behind the counter. As I watch the cook make it, I'm told that the bread listed on the menu is no longer used. Then the filling listed on the menu is no longer used - not temporarily unavailable, just not used. So out of the 4 parts of the sandwich listed and ordered, 2 are simply not there.

Then I'm told, "don't worry, you'll like it." Not the point - if you no longer offer an item, then update your menu or tell me that when I order so I can ask for something else. But please don't make half of what I've paid for and then tell me, "don't worry,...

We recently hired Royal Delight Catering for our company event and everything was perfect from start to finish. Peter gave us the best price and worked closely with us to match the setup exactly as we envisioned. The food was absolutely delicious our guests couldn’t stop talking about it! Two months ago I gave this place 5 stars. Now I give it 1 star that is because I cannot give a review with a 0 star. Ever since K left thus place has gone down the drain. Everyday they have someone different making the coffee and the coffee is always a disappointment. When K was there the coffee was fresh and tasted 100% better. I will no longer buy from them. HUGE...
