Tldr: awful customer service, mediocre quality of work, and high prices.
Brought my Lexus LS to this shop to road force rebalance my new tires that were vibrating. I chose this place because of good reviews, good pictures of clean space and pictures of nice cars. My expectations were of higher prices and better quality of work and service. They rebalanced my tires and said 2 tires are good and 2 tires are okay even though the road force machine disagreed with them and highlighted 2 tires in red and yellow. They also told me that they moved those 2 tires to the back. However, one of the wheels I have is new, and it stayed in the back. Regardless, tirerack agreed with me that those 2 tires need to be replaced. They shipped tires directly to eudm. I came back to install and asked 3 or 4 times before service to double check that the rear tires are bad before replacing them with the new tires. The Asian guy (owner?) agreed and repeated after me, saying they'll show me before and after numbers. They didn't do that. They only showed me paper of road force variation in lbs for 1 of the wheels after replacement. When I asked them why they didn't double check as we agreed. He said they couldn't do it because it was "new tires." After I mentioned that I explicitly asked them to do it 3 or 4 times before the service started, he said they don't do that. "Their job is to replace the tire." He then offered to test the remaining 2 tires to make sure all 4 tires are the good tires. Only to change his mind in 1 minute, saying they won't do it. I said, "Fine, put the old tires in the trunk, and it'll be reflected in their review" (since I can not force them to do what they agreed on). When I said that, the guy blew up. He started shouting at me to "get out of here,"and "your attitude is disgusting." he shouted at me and told me to stop talking and listen to him. Of course, at that point, I was done listening to him. I reminded him I'm the customer, and he said he doesn't care.
To summarize, it turns out this place has terrible customer service and mediocre quality of work (they definitely bent pinch weld seam by using floor jack without adapter). They didn't follow through on the job that we agreed upon. And for all of that, they charged me $430. Do not go to this place based on the picture of nice cars thinking they are professional and have good...
Read moreBrought them my 2013 Range Rover Sport. I spoke to Victor before arrival and we picked the 22 inch autobiography Range Rover rim. We discussed a price of $2,600, via phone for the tires and rims. I really didn’t pay attention to the tires they were using on the rims. I guess I just assumed they would use quality tires on a Range Rover. When I left Queens, it was rush hour traffic so I didn’t drive above 50 and the wheels were smooth. When I got on the highway and was able to go over 50, that’s when I felt the shaking in my front tires. When I got home I realized the tires were made in the Philippines and were very bad quality. I took my truck to Land Rover to check the shaking on the truck and verified these were cheap tires. I notified Victor and he said before I pay for better tires from Range Rover he can get them at a cheaper price for me which is ridiculous. He needed to get me good tires on their dime and alleviate the shaking. To make things worse I went on Facebook and they were selling the rims I purchase for $1,200. Add four tires at a $100 a piece with labor, maybe I should pay $1,900. The worst part is they didn’t have to rip me off I was willing to pay and not nickel and dime them. This is a Range Rover why would you sell my a tire made in the Phillipines. This is a bad business, they obviously don’t care about repeat business. Grind and pound and keep moving. Be very careful, it will cost you in the long run. I just paid $1,600 to put Pirellis on my truck today. I saved nothing going to them and they didn’t care about the customer. Be careful they will...
Read moreI had my wheels stolen so I went to EUDM to get a new set of wheels. At first, Eddie did a great job, sent out his mechanic to put on temporary wheels and take the car to their shop. He worked with insurance to sort the whole thing out. But the problem became when they couldn’t meet time deadlines. Since it was already there I wanted to get a couple more things done (tints, body work, painting break calipers) and I disused all this with him and she said it should take 2-3 weeks. 3 weeks later Im told to come to the shop and when I get there only the tints and body work was completed. The car was still on the temporary wheels, and brakes weren’t painted. I then waited around for a couple of hours just for them to put my wheels on (brakes never got painted bc he said it will take 3 more days). 2 months later I went to get a front lip installed and Eddie said it should be done in 3 hours. 3 hours later…car wasn’t even touched and so I was waiting again. Maybe like 40 mins later his mechanic comes and says we can’t put it on without taking off the bumper and there’s no time to do that today. Well yea maybe if you started working on the car earlier you could have done it by today. So it was a complete waste of time. I just took the lip home and had it done and guess what they didn’t even need to take the bumper off. They prioritize high value projects which ok makes sense but the whole giving false deadlines...
