Nice park, good for a family to BBQ and have fun but the parking is horrible. They dont want you parking near the spot you are setting up your family event and you have to park far away. Not very welcoming to people with disabilities or seniors that can't walk much. I literally had to park under the bridge and walk a while to get to 63. Carrying food and a baby is not easy when you have to walk far. Park safty didn't even want me stopping near 63 and it was difficult. I'll check other...
Read moreRandall's Island is a beautiful park off the eastern shore of Manhattan. Scoring beautiful views of East Midtown, and overhung by the RFK Bridge this is a great spot for a day away from taxis, spitting commuters and tourists walking 3-4 in a row blocking the sidewalks.
