I truly wish my review could be a good one, sadly that is not the case. I purchased a bridal set on August 13. Sent an email yesterday that I needed it shipped by the end of the week or a refund/chargeback. I then called and spoke to someone there who told me that the rings would be shipped by the end of the week. I then got the email that the engagement ring had been cancelled and refunded, but not the plain band. I was told that it could not be refunded as it had already been shipped. Not true, I have no tracking number, web site shows it is still in QC and polishing. so that was a lie. Of note, I have never heard of shipping a set piece by piece, so that is a new one. I tried to repurchase the engagement ring as they assured me it would get to me by Tuesday of next week. The link would not work. So, after many frustrating attempts I gave up. Sent an email this morning that the link still did not work, that at this point I am over the entire mess and that I do not want the plain band. No reply at all though yesterday the replies came quickly. So to sum it up, my 25th wedding anniversary is next week and I will not have my new bridal set. At least I know where...
