Resource Furniture — Local services in New York

Resource Furniture Repair services saved the day for our family.  Our Nuovoliola Clei Murphy bed had become very heavy and we were barely able to raise  or lower it.    I had purchased the bed from another retailer prior to the time that Resource Furniture had taken over the Clei product line and that store was no longer in business. I was not sure if Resource Furniture  would extend repair services to a Clei bed not purchased directly from them so many years ago.   I called other murphy bed repair services but they do not carry the European parts for the Clei beds and could not help me. I am happy to say that, Mirae, the customer service manager, upon hearing my plight, facilitated having Pieter, the project manager, make a same day service call.  He quickly ascertained that cables had become dislodged and he reattached them easily.  The bed now floats up and down effortlessly.    Pieter  also showed me how to avoid having the cables become loose which may have happened when I was cleaning in the storage compartment.   Resource Furniture stands by the Clei products and Mirae and Pieter were impressively responsive in helping me with the repair of the bed.  I love my current murphy bed but when needed, my next Murphy Bed will definitely be purchased through Resource Furniture.   Thank you Resource Furniture for your excellent...

This place has amazing furniture: versatile, quality, unusual etc. However, the sales process, the ordering process, the delivery and installation process are dreadful and frustrating beyond words. After waiting for 16 weeks for furniture I was told would take 8-10 weeks, you have to pay in full sight unseen before they will even schedule a delivery date. Then the furniture you paid a small fortune for and that they came and measured for is completely wrong. What was suppose to be a freestanding unit (because what else would you purchase for an apartment you were planning to be in for no more than a year) isn't, the door that was suppose to completely hide the TV doesn't, the sonos playbar doesn't fit in the space designed for it and they politely inform you they have to cut off your baseboard on your rental apartment. No one seemed to care and of course remember YOU HAVE PAID IN FULL so there is no recourse. A total waste of time, energy and money. I would try and find this very cool furniture elsewhere and not deal with Resource...

I may be Resource Furniture's happiest customer, and consider my Oslo w sofa wall bed maybe the best purchase I’ve ever made. Not just because of the beauty and fine craftsmanship of the product but because of them all as a company standing behind it with that lifetime warranty and the great, kind service and the comfort of knowing it’ll always be there w no hassle for the rest of time—feels like I’ve bought into a family. I can’t wait to get into bed at night and when it’s up and away I stare at that white gloss finish and how pretty it is ,and I’m the envy of everyone who comes into my house, because I now have the coolest apartment anywhere, like from a really well designed movie. (Which is why I’ve recommended them to everyone who ogles it).
