This guy is really the worst. The first time I had an expensive print framed at this shop, the guy already treated me like a jerk who knows nothing. Anyways, I thought to myself – as long as he does a good, I can stand that. When I returned to pick up the item, I was initially quite happy as the result looked well (through bubble wrap). At home, after unwrapping the piece, I realised that the frame had three major dents and scratches. I thought this way terrible and emailed the owner of this shop to reconcile. No answer to my emails. Some weeks later, I went back as I had another thing to frame and thought to myself: "Let's give him another try". This time the result was even worse: The frame way okay this time but on the glass (within the visible area) was a production stamp from the glass company that does not come off. The most regret decision I’ve ever made. How does this high score happened?! The guy keep saying ‘I have so many year experience, I know what you gonna do’ ‘I know how it works’ and recommend me several ugly frames. And tell me I should only tape my work on the top not cut a hole to frame it as his ‘experience’. Right now I realize cuz this way cost less work. Okay, when I got the work, my painting is even not stick horizontally, each side are not same distance. Glass is dirt. I have to remake everything when I’m back home. It charge me 80 for the service and frame. I really should spend 15 to buy on amazon and do it myself. If give me back 80 I can teach him how to frame better and how to be more serious to his own business. So so so disappointed. I feel shame for this kind of...

I would highly recomand City Gallery for any kind of framing job.

I had to get a custom framed job on short notice and they were really amazing at getting it done for me. I gave them a pretty complicated job to do, i admit, it required a lot of back and forth and they wore great (Sam in particular) at delivering exactely what I wanted and my frames came out better then i could possibly wished for, in the first place.

For the price I ve paid i was extremely happy with the finished product, great gallery.
