At 12:50pm my husband and I waited in line to use the self check out. An employee walked up to the end of the line and asked the gentleman behind us if he was using a card or cash for his purchase so she could expedite his wait by checking him out using a POS for card purchases. He told her he was using cash and she turned and left not bothering to ask us and we were in front of the guy. We ended up waiting an additional 15 mins due to this when it could have been expedited. I have to say that this addiction treatment center saved my niece's life. Thank you for helping her end her dependency on alcohol. Even more, thank you for giving her a purpose in life to keep her sobriety for the long-term. When she first entered, I thought her sobriety would be temporary as she left the program. However, when she returned, she gave us so many reasons as to why she HAD to stay sober. She sounded as if her sobriety was not a choice, but a necessity.
