Fantastic person, easy to work with, professional, very accommodating, and highly experienced, I would recommend him to anyone. My Ram Promaster diesel van would not start, he came to my location to try and work on it. He started with the basics to try and narrow down the problem after running diagnostics with the computer. After troubleshooting, he found a short in the wiring that was giving false information to the computer. I had the van towed to his garage the next day so he could start locating where the short in the wiring was happening. He was able to find the problem, fix it and got the van running again. Man! What a day I had today. I don’t know where to start but I was blown away with how I was treated by Ricky. This man is simply a honest and humble dude. From the start I was already shaking given the fact I thought my truck was done for and was going to be towed somewhere else. A big shout out to Ricky and Georgy for pulling up on time and as arranged 2021. I was five hours out from Queens NY. Lemme say this again, he's the only one who said it's no biggie. Had him come out for a truck job and two days later I was up and running. Only because we had to wait on parts and he went and got them another hour away and back. Changed the water pump on the side of the road, including the fan belt and misc. Truck batteries died in Brooklyn NY when I left the lights on for too long.
