The worst place to do anything whatsoever. Took my vehicle in to install under glow lights that I had purchased online and brought to this place. But lack of knowledge, experience and just being lazy, they refused to use and install my own and instead, convinced me to buy one of theirs for the install.

I proceeded with doing just because I really wanted to have under glow lights. Not only did they take 4-5 hours for a job they told me would have taken 2-3 hours but closer to the 5th hour, they deliberately told me that the kit they sold me did not come with a brain box as they used it on another vehicle. This is the most ridiculous thing as a customer to hear but wicked as a business to do knowing fully well the job was ending then to tell me this. The solution would have been for me to come back another day to install a brain box.

Anyway, after the job was done, they did not put a switch or anything for me to control this and connected it straight to the battery so now, everytime I start the vehicle and it comes on, the light comes on and that is not how I wanted it. I had to beg them to install a switch which they should have done as part of the job and they told me I had to come back another day for that as well. So this is now 2 things I needed to come back another day for.

I called in 2 weeks later to inquire if they had to brain box and they said yes. When I went back in another day, they then told me that they don’t have the brain box as yet which was the most unprofessional and upsetting thing to do especially when I called in before and they said they had it. I told them they need to at least install the switch and they took the cheapest switch they could find to try to install it.

Fast forward to today, the switch they installed does not work, became flimsy and to my surprise, the wiring under the vehicle was the most untidy, inexperienced and horrible install of a job done and I learnt that they ran the wiring all over my shocks and other car parts that are on a strain. I took my vehicle in to change oil at the dealership and they had to call me to tell me they can’t work without cutting the wire etc. huge mess.

1 star because of shady tactics. My friend & I came in. We asked clearly and repeated back what we wanted. To tint the back & front lights, we were quoted $180. I then asked how much to install my fog lights $75. I'm like ok, cool. Go for it. We waited 1.5hours and then I pulled in my car. Watched Alfredo (great guy and tint installer) do the tail lights first. Looks great as he did one side. We told him we're going to grab something to eat and come back & offered him some lunch too. We grab the food eat and head back. As we're walking back, the "cashier" said I was looking for you (thinks I was there the entire time You saw us spectating the install) anyways- he says "it's $180 for the back and another $180 for the front" I'm like wait, what? $360 for just lights? You quoted me $400 for my windows. How does this make sense? I told him what he told us earlier and my friend said you did. You even told me that over the phone. He says "oh I thought you understood I meant $180 for each." That doesn't even make sense. I was upset. I told him to not do the front anymore. Like, what? How do you suddenly decide it's now $360 for my lights when I left and then try to say I didn't understand what you meant? Outrageous. Also, after that I definitely didn't get my lights installed and he asked why? I'm like yeah, I don't have them on me. side note I wouldn't recommend going here for wraps either. I watched them do an M3 and oh man. So much cringe. They don't properly clean the car and they use box cutters to cut directly against your car. Let's say, I'm never going back here. If you are a women, don't go to this place. I called ahead and asked about the cost for my car 2 speakers I was told 75 dollar instalation and the total cost will be 175. When I got their I was told that to have the best speaker it's going to cost me 350 with instalation. Guy said the speakers cannot fit he exchange it for something I have never heard of when I look it up the cost of it was not more than 60 dollar for 2. At this point my doors was taken apart I said nothing because i am a women and i dont know how to put this back together if i said a word and they leave my car apart. when go in to pay the cost raised to 381.02 like you are telling me you have 2 sister and you will never Rob anyone but who takes over 300 dollar to install speakers come on and then when I said you guys are scammers you want to aske me to do more work on my car you will give me a better price like it's robbery as a company you can't respect women just remember this sir you...
