I came in with a desktop issue (the tower just didn't work and would flicker on and off). Wahid immediately addressed the issue and told me the hard drive was fried. He offered to help back up my data as a courtesy to replacing my computer parts, which was a very generous offer as I had school and post school work saved on the drive that I had not backed up. Thanks to these amazing computer technicians and his hard work, I was able to recover all my data which is priceless. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am to wahid and the tech guys and how reliable and forthright he had been throughout the process.

The Tech Guys Professional IS the professional. My laptop suddenly stopped turning on on Sat afternoon and I needed it fixed before Monday. None of the technics found online worked so I decided to give a shot. Called The Tech Guys Professional late at night, he kindly accepted a dropoff for a diagnose (again, late at night).

My laptop is an old one and thinking the issue has to be with battery or the power, but it turned out that motherboard has been deeply damaged and needs a fix in order to turn on properly. Wahad explained the issue clearly so that I understand and I asked for repair, the price was very reasonable. Repairing motherboard would take a day to a week elsewhere but Job was completed the same-day! Laptop is back repaired and I feel the operation is even more smoother than before.

Overall I highly recommend the service from The Tech Guys Professional. Very professional and friendly. This is the go to place if you have an issue with...

A week and some change ago I called up the tech guys for a qoute about a fan repair for my gaming pc. It was noise issue that was generating enough sound in my fans to just take me out of using it and make me concerned about running the pc for long periods of time.

They offered too pick up the pc (since I didn't live too far away) and run a diagnostic figure out the problem. 2 days later they inform me it was an issue with my liquid cooling system and the pc was over taxing my fans while it was running. Thankfully they were able to order the parts and repair my pc with no hassle. While a little pricy with the additional cleaning out of my pc they did hook me up with discount. With it running smooth again looking brand new I can't argue with the end result.

For the convenience, quality and speed on which my pc was returned can't recommend these guys enough. Certainly...
