I brought at least 4 chains with pieces from them and I was satisfied with the staff except the actual person who name is Rocco which I brought a ring which I wasn’t really into it but liked it so Rocco tells me if I buy it he would switch it out for me of the price I paid for it for which he doesn’t suppose to n that he will do it for me so I asked him twice to confirm what he was saying so 6 months down the line I never even wear the ring I bring it back to update my chain and they give me half off what I paid for it n I settled for a Cuban which I wanted something different, so l lose out on $2,000 so moving forward I would need something written down before I ever make that mistake cause u can’t trust someone that’s not a man of there word. Helpful and knowledgeable getting you what you want.
