BAD customer service! I made two of the same online orders and went to pick them up, deciding only to take one of the orders. Both pairs of shoes I ordered were in terrible condition. You can tell they were worn too much. For the ballet flats, one shoe was way too looser in width than the other and it felt too big, although they were the correct size. And the high heels I ordered had extremely dirty soles. When I asked for an exchange for both pairs, the staff was incredibly rude and said those were the last ones. He said I could order from the warehouse if I really wanted it. He spoke to me with a look of CONTEMPT and not looking at me, twice. Well, it's worth noting that both my orders were ready for pick-up, he was clearly lying since I only picked up one order. He could have easily given me pairs from the other order or provided new ones from stock. Not sure if this guy was being racist or just lacking education and basic customer service, but the experience was extremely uncomfortable. I will never shop at this store again.

I told a lady that I would only pick up one of them (cause my sister didn’t want it anymore). It was me who decided to only take one order not you guys explained me that I couldn’t.

Read moreI wanna start off by saying I was visiting the store from California. I love this store because it has so many varieties of shoes and I always end up buying 4 to 6 pair. Yesterday I bought six pair with the help of Najj. The way he handled the floor while I was shopping or something to be commended! I am a small business owner in Berkeley Ca and I know good customer service when I see it and I always want to speak on it when I experience it. He was so polite, kind detail and very willing to sell me as many shoes as I’d like to but lol! Najj should definitely be running this store! There was also a manager there I think her name was Christine, who was very nice also. Hopefully she acknowledged Najj’s great customer service! Unfortunately, there was another worker who seemed very Irritable and condescending, and I had to read her her rights and let her know that I was not the one that she was gonna be speaking to in a rude way. When you work for a corporation, you should always act like you’re always representing the owner of that company! Great store, but I suggest that you make sure everyone who works for you treats everyone fairly no matter how they look or appear. I contacted customer service and they got me a refund so I was going to put another order. While I was told by customer service that my address is now on their BLACK LIST: means no right to claim refund or reshipping if future package got lost. I tried to explain and communicate with them, the delivery picture provided by FedEx shows clearly it is NOT my unit. Why would I take the heat for FedEX's fault? Customer service suggested me to switch to another address, but this is not an address problem. FedEx is not doing their job and you put me on your BLACK LIST?
