I am giving this store zero stars. As people are aware, you have to click on one star in order to be able to write and post a review, but my rating is zero stars. This store, without a doubt, has the absolute worst customer service, even amongst the worst customer service that any individual out there could have ever experienced. Clearly there is a problem with the management of this store. It is evident that the employees here have never had any type of customer service-related training, and they also lack any customer service skills and even manners. From the sales associates to the security individuals. What they seem to not understand and evidently be completely unaware of is the unequivocal fact that the customers that come to this store every day to spend their money are the ones paying their salary. They should be informed of this and realize that the customers that shop at this store are getting tired of their lack of manners and extremely poor customer service.
Furthermore, Zara's corporate and management must also be made aware of this right away because when all the customers finally have enough, they will promptly leave to never return, and there will be Zara no more. Zara's chair, individual and corporate in general, you seem to have forgotten that we, the customers, make your company. We, the customers, hold the success or failure of your company in our hands. No customers equals no business; therefore, we deserve to be treated well, with courtesy and respect.
I went there a few days ago; the sales associates were extremely rude and unfriendly. Quite frankly, they all looked unhappy to be there and miserable, and after spending hundreds of dollars there at the end, a few minutes before the store was set to close, I was waiting for my cab to arrive to pick us up (I don't like to drive in this area). I was with my little niece, who is 5 years old, and it was cold and snowing; this is the reason why I was waiting inside for the cab to arrive. As we were waiting, the security employee who was extremely rude basically expelled us from the store, not caring that I had a small child with me. This was absolutely reprehensible, completely unacceptable, and disgusting. I understand that around closing time everybody wants to go home, but that is absolutely no way to treat a regular customer or any customer for that matter. This behavior from this employee was absolutely abhorrent and outrageous! Zara, pay attention!
I asked this employee for his name, and his reply was that he didn't know his name; therefore, I am left with no choice but to post an image here. The image was taken from a public setting; therefore, it is absolute within legal parameters, and I own the copyright to this image. I want it now to be accessible to the general public.
If you want to be treated as a second-class citizen, not valued as a customer, be informed that your money and business are worthless to this company and be disrespected, Zara is the store for you, but if you want to be treated the opposite way, you are undoubtedly better off shopping at any other of the well-known stores that are around, which, by the way, offer clothing of far superior quality and at...

Read moreBeware of this store —THEY FALSELY ACCUSE THEIR CUSTOMERS. Terrible service, nasty manager, poorly trained cashiers.
I bought a pair of loafers from here yesterday night. The store was about to close for the night so I rushed in looking for loafers I wanted to use for the weekend.
I saw a display of the pair but it was size too big. One of their store assistants were kind enough to request for a size bigger for me, and told me to grab them by the main register.
My husband and I lined up paid and left before store closing.
Got home, tried them on for less than 2 mins, and they were still slipping off my feet.
Went back today to return them and the cashier told me that the item was already used and showed me a scratch on the side of one shoe. I told them then I didnt even get to use it, and they even checked the soles. There was no dirt. No usage. But they told me it’s used because of the scratch. They brought in the manager and questioned me “so you’re saying you bought this with this scratch/damage? Our cashiers wouldn’t even clear this to be sold. “
And I respond with “why is it my fault now for not catching that damage, when that’s YOUR cashier’s job to clear that item? Not mine? Why did you sell it to me in the first place?”
The manager just keeps saying “sorry we can’t accept this we can’t accept this. Call customer service and tell them it’s not comfy or whatever and then maybe (MAYBE) they can give your money back.”
We left the store in disbelief. That pair with zero use, didn’t even reach 24 hrs. I could care less about the money. But wow, how dare they falsely accuse customers. If their reason was that it was difficult to spot when that scratch happened (before or after my purchase) so a return can’t be made in-store? Fine by me. But to get falsely accused of using an item and questioning why I’d even buy that item that shouldn’t have been cleared for sale to customers???...
