I am giving this store zero stars. As people are aware, you have to click on one star in order to be able to write and post a review, but my rating is zero stars. This store, without a doubt, has the absolute worst customer service, even amongst the worst customer service that any individual out there could have ever experienced. Clearly there is a problem with the management of this store. It is evident that the employees here have never had any type of customer service-related training, and they also lack any customer service skills and even manners. From the sales associates to the security individuals. What they seem to not understand and evidently be completely unaware of is the unequivocal fact that the customers that come to this store every day to spend their money are the ones paying their salary. They should be informed of this and realize that the customers that shop at this store are getting tired of their lack of manners and extremely poor customer service. Furthermore, Zara's corporate and management must also be made aware of this right away because when all the customers finally have enough, they will promptly leave to never return, and there will be Zara no more. Zara's chair, individual and corporate in general, you seem to have forgotten that we, the customers, make your company. We, the customers, hold the success or failure of your company in our hands. No customers equals no business; therefore, we deserve to be treated well, with courtesy and respect. I went there a few days ago; the sales associates were extremely rude and unfriendly. Quite frankly, they all looked unhappy to be there and miserable, and after spending hundreds of dollars there at the end, a few minutes before the store was set to close, I was waiting for my cab to arrive to pick us up (I don't like to drive in this area). I was with my little niece, who is 5 years old, and it was cold and snowing; this is the reason why I was waiting inside for the cab to arrive. As we were waiting, the security employee who was extremely rude basically expelled us from the store, not caring that I had a small child with me. This was absolutely reprehensible, completely unacceptable, and disgusting. I understand that around closing time everybody wants to go home, but that is absolutely no way to treat a regular customer or any customer for that matter. This behavior from this employee was absolutely abhorrent and outrageous! Zara, pay attention! I asked this employee for his name, and his reply was that he didn't know his name; therefore, I am left with no choice but to post an image here. The image was taken from a public setting; therefore, it is absolute within legal parameters, and I own the copyright to this image. I want it now to be accessible to the general public. If you want to be treated as a second-class citizen, not valued as a customer, be informed that your money and business are worthless to this company and be disrespected, Zara is the store for you, but if you want to be treated the opposite way, you are undoubtedly better off shopping at any other of the well-known stores that are around, which, by the way, offer clothing of far superior quality and at excellent prices.

Hello, I am a devout customer at Zara I have been shopping there for years and spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars at your store. Yesterday evening around 7pm I was at Zara in soho which I go to very often and I encountered an issue…there were 2 sale racks that said $39.99 both on the bottom and upper floor on both racks the same jacket was displayed (not one random jacket, 4 of these jackets on the top floor and 2 on the bottom floor) the price tag said $45.99 however both the sale racks said $39.99…not sale rack starting at $39.99 and above but straight forward $39.99 I asked for the manager when I got to the register because any customer would request for this to be honored as I was purchasing 2 jackets for this reason. In all of my years shopping at Zara I have always had good customer service but last night I can say I have never encountered such a rude manager with no people skills and terrible customer service. She was very passive, rude, did not have a clue about customer service and did not honor my request…she indirectly called me a liar by telling me its impossible that these jackets were on those racks and I told her she can pull the cameras to see herself…I left very upset and felt disrespected by a store that I love and am devoted to as I shop in the USA as well as when I go to Europe and other destinations in the world (Morocco and Israel) very disappointing and upsetting.

The short security guard with the beard is a joke. He'll treat you like a criminal. I accidentally left a tag on my shirt that made the sensor go off. Their system failed and never texted me my receipt so instead of being a normal person, he starts to become condescending takes possession of my clothes and tells me to go upstairs and figure it out for myself without my clothes that I had just paid almost $300 for. Then after being incredibly difficult the other security guard with the glasses who is also an absolute joke takes my clothes from the other security guard brings me upstairs then leaves me there and doesn't get a manager or anything like that. I had to find someone myself and he was the nicest person I dont understand why the security guards there are trained to treat everyone like they're criminals. Don't bother coming to this location there are plenty of others Zaras

So So Disappointed!!!!!!!!

Today i wanna post a review to zara store!!! I never post any reviews but today i have to So im a big customer of this store and never had bad experience.. But today i wanna share my awful experience! Location of this store is 503 Broadway street soho location!!! I went on the second floor to the fitting room with whatever i wanna try, then i have to get another size and i ask employee over there that i need a size bigger ... I was waiting around 20 min and keep asking her for how long i have to wait more she was telling me 2 minutes...2 minutes... I couldnt wait more and i went my self to pick up the right size..Downstairs i ask another employee for piece and size that i need ... He finger me the place where it will be and never bring me anything How this is possible? What kind of service is that??? So after i went back upstairs to tell her that i got whatever i need and i wanna try she told me in a sarcasm manner that i have to get in the line again, after that i called manager and she went to her and ask her, she told them that im lying that she brought me the size and i said that i dont need no more... Which is unexpectable at all,, so how would the manager let her talk that customer is a lier?? So manager let me use kids fitting room, which im thanking to her but still what kind of employees they have... After i try and pick the right size i went to the register on the second floor, was waiting in the line around 15 minutes when cashier told me that those registers for return and exchange... So where the sign for that? Ofcourse i end up bying nothing and left without anythingI usually go to 5 avenue store and never ever had any experience like that ... I buy something every week from Zara but this location never see me again and i bet a lot of other customers!! Worse location ever!!!! Feel bad for zara owners!!! I hope you take any action!!! The customer service of this location worse then any store i...

Beware of this store —THEY FALSELY ACCUSE THEIR CUSTOMERS. Terrible service, nasty manager, poorly trained cashiers.

I bought a pair of loafers from here yesterday night. The store was about to close for the night so I rushed in looking for loafers I wanted to use for the weekend.

I saw a display of the pair but it was size too big. One of their store assistants were kind enough to request for a size bigger for me, and told me to grab them by the main register.

My husband and I lined up paid and left before store closing.

Got home, tried them on for less than 2 mins, and they were still slipping off my feet.

Went back today to return them and the cashier told me that the item was already used and showed me a scratch on the side of one shoe. I told them then I didnt even get to use it, and they even checked the soles. There was no dirt. No usage. But they told me it’s used because of the scratch. They brought in the manager and questioned me “so you’re saying you bought this with this scratch/damage? Our cashiers wouldn’t even clear this to be sold. “

And I respond with “why is it my fault now for not catching that damage, when that’s YOUR cashier’s job to clear that item? Not mine? Why did you sell it to me in the first place?”

The manager just keeps saying “sorry we can’t accept this we can’t accept this. Call customer service and tell them it’s not comfy or whatever and then maybe (MAYBE) they can give your money back.”

We left the store in disbelief. That pair with zero use, didn’t even reach 24 hrs. I could care less about the money. But wow, how dare they falsely accuse customers. If their reason was that it was difficult to spot when that scratch happened (before or after my purchase) so a return can’t be made in-store? Fine by me. But to get falsely accused of using an item and questioning why I’d even buy that item that shouldn’t have been cleared for sale to customers???...
